Hi my name is Paul Kollar, I am 27 years old and live in Johannesburg South Africa, I work as a graphic designer and this is where my love of photography began. As a child I always loved playing with cameras, I finally purchased my own Canon EOS 400D with a standard 55mm lens at around the age of 24 and have been taking photos since, I shoot on manual and am a firm believer in raw photography, I dont edit any photographs of mine. My biggest interests in life are traveling and with that I carry my trusty camera, I try to travel as much as possible and I believe EVERY country in the world is beautiful, cities, people and cultures will be different but every country has nature as its beauty and each place and continent has its own natural beauty, I would love to visit every corner of the earth and all of my submitted photos are from my travels. I could only dream about winning this competition as I could be traveling to such a beautiful place on earth and learn so much about photography from some of the best photographers. What an achievement it would be for me to win a competition like this from something I love to do and to be able to win something im so passionate about.
