When I was 14 I heard about special photoschool and decided to try. I learned how to make photos on film camera, how to process film and then to print photo in liquids. I was so fascinated about, I spent hours and hours in laboratory and then my room was filled up with hanging black&white photos. I learned how to make composition, still life, portraits, landscape. I won photography competitions, participated in exibitions. That`s how it all started.
During my life I understood how big role does photography play in my life. It gives me freedom, motivation and it helps me to show the world from my sight. Before I take photo, I think what do I want to show or tell with it. Also sometimes it drives me crazy: I see picture in my mind and then do everything to make it: looking for a model, place, I go around the country and when the picture is done - I am just speechless.
I think I should be chosen for this assignment, because I still think that I did not make the most amazing picture of my life and I strongly believe that during this trip with mentoring of Jason Edwards I can learn so much, gain priceless experience, escape from reality and make one of my biggest dreams come true.
