I always believed one day I could create memories. As a child I would blink to capture images of those special moments and places. Well 25 years on, I’ve let my full frame take the better part of it.
Whenever creativity beckoned me I always rose to the challenge unconsciously producing memoirs of images that I envisioned. Whilst 9-5 routines became a norm, I turned a deaf ear to my inner calling. I fell in love at my first set of 35mm prints & ever since I have loved photography to an extent that it drives me insane.
I recently travelled to the northern most state of India, Jammu & Kashmir. Following which, I published 2 photography journals, both personal. I have been fortunate to have gained experience from an Australian Master photographer especially in area of people portraiture, editorial & studio lighting. In all, I see art & beauty in everyday life & I believe in capturing these moments in their natural form as much as possible.
The challenges that a travel photographer goes through are the dreams I want to live for. This contest, I firmly believe will help me not only take that leap but to also listen to my inner calling.
