Chakma tribal with a Primitive smoking bamboo apparatus . He said we (Chakmas) were settled in the Namdapha  by the Indian government in the 1963, That time there was no economic options besides labour work and marginal farming. They  are poaching   for meat & earn  money to selling wild animal body parts.
