My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

I have indulged greatly in photography as a hobby for basically all my adult life so far. As a kid I remember myself toying with a plastic toy camera pretending to be a famous photographer. When I started travelling I used it extensively in every trip I took and gradually found myself heavily entangled with it. I started to become realising that no trip was of any particular worth for me if it was not accompanied by a set or sets of photographic images. Seeing the world through the lens of my camera as an experience, gradually upgraded and transformed itself to not merely a hobby but a unique life experience with an obsessive attitude. Travel photography has become a centre issue of my photography and places which were far away from my everyday reality became more and more interesting. I would love to do a kind of photography which sends specific messages through the attitude of my lens and combine that with visiting remote destinations and exciting places around the world.
