Water Festival: At the eve of New Year they celebrate water festival by splashing water from two sides of a marked arena by unmarried boys and girls on each other. It is said that splashing water is a way of declaring a love interest to him/her.

Own Technology:
The major two occupations of them are shifting cultivation and handloom. Mostly, women of every family produce as per their own demand of food and cloth and also the surplus are sold to the outer market through their Headman.

The Headman:
In these aboriginal social systems the bowmang king (presently ornamental) selects an elderly man from each hilly village, only who is authorized to communicate and exchange with outer world. He is also responsible person to protect that community.
