My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

My name is Maëlle, I am 23 years old & from Brussels, Belgium. I recently graduated from the Royal Academy of fine Arts in Brussels where I got my MFA in photography. I also lived and studied in the US for a year, back in 07/08. That is where it all started. What I love the most about photography is that it lead me to live incredible expririences I never imagined living. Plus, it enables me to share those in a way that words cannot. I cross paths with numerous magical places and incredible people since this journey started. And I'm looking forward to the many more adventures that await me. Now that I've got my degree, I need to build more self-confidence. Thus, I will need guidance and experience. And that is one of the numerous things this scholarship could offer me. It would be such an amazing privilege to have the opportunity to travel with an experienced travel photographer and have the chance to learn and grow as a photographer. I'm concious this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and it would be an incredible way to start off my photographic journey as I freshly graduated. I am a hard-worker, passionate, respectfull and curious person. I think we could work well together!:)
