My Scholarship entry - Tiny world

I am inspired by the natural world and love to use photography to capture and share its beauty and bring to light the scenes and creatures that so many overlook. The scholarship will enable be to develop my photography skills, but as a trained biologist I bring a unique perspective, aiming to tell the story of the natural world, its importance to humans and to bring it to closer to those that can't visit these wild places. I want use my photography to convey and promote the conservation of the environment and an understanding of species and their role in the ecosystem and natural processes that sustain life as we know it.
