My Scholarship entry - Ancient Angkor

I left my country of residence back in 2007 and have been exploring ever since. Being Qualified as a Ski technician, I have been able to fund my adventures by working in the Winter seasons whilst saving to travel the summers. Asides from photography my main passion for travel is the unknown adventure that lies ahead and immersing myself in the local culture. I have recently started a website in order to share my experiences and all advice to interested travelers while trying to inspire them through my photos.
I love to share my travel photos to everyone and show them what the world looks like through my lens. Being able to inspire people is an amazing feeling and one that i would love to continue.
I am still learning a lot about the art of photography and trying out new things.
My favorite style of travel photography is NOT capturing the famous landmarks of each place but to capture the people and the surroundings. I like to think of my photos as telling an instant story and the viewer being able to guess what country it was taken with little hints in the picture.
I would hope to be chosen for my passion and style of expression.
