If you are looking for a good hike Spray trail is the perfect road to follow. The road is only 5 minutes away from canmore and you will find almost 15 different place to hike that are clearely indicated by a road sign. 5 minutes before you enter the Banff national park you will find an exit on the highway 1 that leads you to Canmore. It's a really small town, perfect for everyone who wants to stay close to the mountain and close to the city of Calgary. There is something in the atmosphere of Canmore that makes you feel at peace, it is really a relaxing town..

This is one of the ski resorts I'am snowboarding at in the Canadian Rockies it's called Sunshine Village. When it's a sunny day at sunshine ( which only happens twice a year ) all of the clouds are down in the valley and you feel like you are on the top of the world!

It's such an amazing feeling :D
