Hello!Your shakshouka looks nice and delicious. Thanks for the recipe! I just wanted to correct one detail. Actually the Shakshouka is a North African dish (mainly from Tunisia and Algeria) and not Israeli. It was brought to Israel by Jews from North Africa. I am glad to know that you like it. Hello Elyes ... thanks for your message! You're quite right, of course. I guess I always think of the recipe as Israeli as I learned it from an Israel person, but I'm sure it has a much longer and multicultural history.Best wishes ;-) Karin
