Many miles from the desert and ocean lies the Andes mountains and the "eyebrow" of the jungle. Traveler's are hesitant when crossing this trestle bridge, which can be dangerous, if you follow the route as led by the Peruvian guide. A metal walkway sits to the side, but to slowly step, beam by beam, over the raging Rio Urubamba and into the land beyond where Machu Picchu exists is an entirely different experience.
