    There was also this man...who it was suggested might be some type of Hindu shaman. His hair had never been cut, and reached the floor - in this photo he has it wrapped around his waist. Views[291] I climbed to the temple at the top of the mountain where the killing caves are located with a frenchman who I met along the way. The climb was sweaty business, as you can see from the photo, but we met this eccentric business-minded monk there. Views[2113] Steps down into the larger killing cave. I dared not go too far into the pitch-black caves because of the number of bats flying around. I did not know, until Stephen told me, that bats are commonly rabies-infected.     The lake was calm, as we watched the sunset. Views[316] We went for a boat ride through a lake to see sunset.     Working our way up the Elephant Mountains in Bokor National Park, we were confronted by this sight. We waited in the minibus for about 40 minutes while they finished constructing the road for us! If only things moved so quickly in the UK! Views[295] Geckos are on virtually EVERY wall in SE Asia. Views[304] By the river running alongside Kampot, southern Cambodia - where I stopped to read my book for a while. Views[2980] Sihanoukville, Victory beach - So much nicer than the other beaches which are plagued by restaurants/bars, backpackers, child hawkers, and waste.     Sihanoukville, Serendipity beach - Flamethrowers are a common entertainment for the beachside restaurants/bars to attract customers. Views[344] I was surprised by how much I liked the peacefulness of Ko Kong. I thought the river was quite picturesque (although this probably isn't the best photo of it) for a border transit town.
