The Edges of Japan

My Scholarship entry - Shiretoko Penninsula, a Breeding Ground.

Japan | Wednesday, October 22, 2014 | 5 photos

For the past three years I have been following the snow, this has taken me across the water to France, across the globe to New Zealand and am now currently about to begin my second winter in Japan. It has been my aim to document both my adventures and the environments and cultures I find myself within.
I believe I would be a great candidate for the trip to Peru because I feel I have developed skills behind the camera and learnt to endure difficult shooting conditions in the mountains. It would be a fantastic opportunity to diversify my skills under the wing of a professional. Admittedly wildlife photography is not my strongest subject which is why I feel so strongly about improving my knowledge in all aspects of this type of work.
I hope that you see my desire to learn and the skills I poses an asset for this expedition.
