    This fascinating sunset behind the mountains between Muscat and Dubai perfected the day we've spent with the lovely Omani family. Views[857] A typical Omani family home in a village close to the barrier lake we visited. It's beauty is it's simplicity and the colour composition. Views[923] The oldest son of the family enjoys playing around in the aflaaj, the water system of Oman - The waters of life. Views[841] This Omani family is getting a refreshment from the 47°C in one of the many Wadis. Early in the morning a local is waiting at the famous fishmarket in Muscat, while the fish he just bought is getting disembowelled. He is wearing a kumma, the traditional headgear in Oman.
