Ingredients
400gr chiken
1 x onion
200 gr hazelnuts
100gr mustard
100gr cream
2gr chilli
2gr curry
salt
300 gr rise
200gr begetable
oil

 

How to prepare this recipe
First choose the appropriate pot in which you will boil the chicken . Chicken should be boiled in 1L water . Once chicken is cooked well, move it away from the stove . In the meantime work continuously with the onions. Choppeonion into strips or small pieces depending on your personal taste . Once the onions are cut , put a pan on the stove with oil to heat . In the pan with oil add finely chopped onion . While fried stir it with a wooden spoon . On the other hand start to cut chicken in small pieces and slowly add the onions , stir it and leave for 5 minutes to fried together . Then add hazelnuts chopped in small pieces . Add curry , chili and then immediately and mix again . Using a spoon add the mustard and cream and then mix in the pan until you get a homogeneous mixture.
While this is getting prepared put on the stove pot with 1.5l water and add in it 300 grams of rice in which we add the vegetables ( carrots , peas , wheat ) and leave nice to cheesecake . Once the rice and vegetables are cooked exempt from the boiling water in which boiled and put a new cold water , stir it and then add cold water again and leave it in 10min. With the help of glass define the garnish so that the glass will fill up with the rice and vegetables and place it in the bowl in which you plan to serving the main course .
* With this dish is recommended dry white wine.

The story behind this recipe
I have 22 years and since my 13 year living alone . My life went on learning how to survive and going through all these stages was inevitable and learning to cook is one of the essential ingredients of this wonderful life . Four years ago I enrolled to study in Skopje ( the capital city of Macedonia) as a doctor of dental medicine - dentistry . One afternoon I recieved call from friends from my hometown to come to lunch in my house. I looked in the fridge and I do not get any ideas what should i and what could i cook for a short time and can be very tasty .
Aware of the situation today , I got the desire to cook something you will not forget , kind of eating that hides many secret ingredients and seem complicated but in fact is very simple and does not require much time for preparation .
The majority of people are vegetarians and somehow i justify it but we live in a community where every day is survival and in terms of the pyramid 'which one survive - I will survive' i think that people are in the time between meals as a priority of the rich and the poor , the sick and the healthy , and when it comes to eating are all equal in front of the need and desire after .
So came the idea for this lunch. I took the ingridients that are necessary in any kitchen and need simple preparation . Vegetables have almost every fridge , rice and chicken is not a luxury so everyone can afford to buy them without a problem.
Part of the ingridients where chosen because of there composition because chicken is full with proteins, carrot is the sourse of caroten, the hazelnuts are responsable for taking of the toxic materias from the gaster, mustard seeds are high in selenium and magnesium both the components give it a unique anti inflammatory property, also protects you from gastrointestinal cancer and relieves rheumatoid, arthritic and muscle pain. So when you consume healthy food, how could you not be?
After i took my igridients, i began to combine them and prepared this extraodinary dish. I know it sounds crazy, but believe me it tastes ultimatilly delicious.
