Passport and Plate
This recipe is good for 4 chops
1 cup of Greek Plain Yogurt
Juice from ½ of a lime
2 garlic cloves – minced
2 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 Tbsp cumin
1 Tbsp coriander
1 Tsp Turmeric
¼ Tsp Cayenne
(Sometimes I add curry, sometimes I don’t) ;)
Salt and Pepper
Cilantro or parsley for garnish
