In Silent Halls: Naruse Daini JH after the 2011 tsunami

Being located only a few hundred meters from the shore, the school was one of the first buildings in the town of Nobiru to be hit by the tsunami.  The water burst through these gymnasium doors upon the students gathered within.  An overwhelming sense of emptiness now lingers where energetic youth once played.
