Shrimp
garlic
paprika
olive oil
bread (for dunking)
How to prepare this recipeSimples really... marinade the uncooked shrimp in garlic, oil and paprika for a couple of hours.
Grill on a BBQ and sprinkle with fresh red chili before serving. Serve with chunks of bread for dunking into the oil.
The story behind this recipeI met Denis in his mountain top restaurant in Antigua, I asked him what can I eat that will leave me wanting more... he gave me his secret shrimp recipe. They were deliciously meaty, cooked to perfection and that sauce! YUM I was certainly wanting more, so I ordered another portion. Perhaps it was the rum cocktail that washing it down or perhaps it was the unbelievable view but I've never eaten such great shrimp.
