Struggling with choosing a major at University of California Santa Barbara, my mind continuously drifts back to what I know I really want to do with the rest of my life--become a travel photographer. Finances have always been a problem in my family and the opportunity to travel has been hard to come across. Therefore these photos are from my hometown, Lake Tahoe, California. Although even driving an hour wasn't necessary for these shots, I still consider exploring Lake Tahoe, searching for hidden treasures within its forests, traveling. Traveling isn't about where you are, but what you do while you're there. Photography is about documenting your travels, putting these places under a brand new light. I know I couldn't be happier doing anything else.
