While the kids are busy playing and sharpening a stone as their toy, Ailyn, 24, is piling up the sorted stones before putting them in sacks, ready for sale and pickup by costumers.  The smallest stones cost 25 Philippine Peso (PHP25.00) or approximately half a dollar (USD0.50) per sack and the bigger stones cost even lower. She said, “Proceeds from the gathered stones are just enough to make both ends meet for the family.”
