Ingredients
chicken
limes (juice from it)
spices (sweet pepper, salt)
garlic (a lot) ;)
oil
yucca

 

How to prepare this recipe
prepare first the chicken. first you boil the garlic and you do it into the mortar together with the pepper and the salt.
after you give this to the lemon juice you already prepared. this nice salsa together with the chicken into a bowl. just leave it there for an hour.
after you can cook the chicken in the pressure cooker. leave it for about 20 minutes.
the yucca you have to peel after you can cook it till its soft. you can make a salsa with oil garlic and lemon and you can put it over the yucca.
its so tasty!!!!

 

The story behind this recipe
i was in cuba. i met two cubans. we decided to make a bicycle tour, when we rented the bicycles we met other guys from mexico and slowenia. we had a great trip all together. very spontaneous, it was absolutely a great trip (we climbed up the mountain) in the nature of cuba. beautiful!!! in the night, when we came back to the village we met some cuban musician. they played for us, wow and that was incredible!!! we invited them for a barbecue in the house of the friend. they wanted to play for us again. so i decided to cook in the house of my cuban friend. it was a bit complicated at the beginning, because i didnt know the cuban style of cooking. its everything so simple. there was almost nothing to use for cooking. so at the beginning i was a little bit overstrained. but the father of my cuban friend and the grandmother they helped me and they showed me how to use the things. they were sooo nice! so and in the end we had this really delicous food and the people from the neighbourhoood everbody was there to eat, to sing, to enjoy....and i learned a lot in this night. you don't need a lot just a few ingredients and the most important thing human being to human being means love for cooking and sharing.
