    We continued on our exploration through parts of Tamborine Mountain that we hadn't really paid much attention to before and came across this view. While my brother and I had both already seen it, my cousin was amazed that he could see Brisbane even with all the fog and the smoke. Views[143] Little rain for a long time really takes affect on places, even large valleys. Tamborine Mountain has seen a fair share of cruel and relentlessly dry weather, and is beginning to show signs of succumbing. Views[146] I've lived in Canungra near Tamborine Mountain for years now, and gone to school on the Mountain but I have never really taken the chance to actually explore and just enjoy the place. I took my younger cousin and brother up for a field trip to enjoy the scenes that we had missed. Having lived in the city his whole life my cousin was used to high places and views, but he hadn't seen a view quite like this one before. He was so relaxed and happy, just looking out over the valley. Views[163]
