MOTHER HAS LEFT, Perpignan, France: An elderly lady minds a small child amongst the derelict and undoubtedly unhygienic streets. This was one of the only prams I saw with a child actually inside it. Because this community is so segregated from the mainstream, their lifestyle is viewed as 'unacceptable', and 'unsustainable' by French locals.
