My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

My work derived from my intention to dialogize with my inner feelings and emotions, to shape an expression for them. It was a sort of explosion that surrounded my head and my soul, and which has afterwards become a permanent struggle to make it more “human” and articulate. It was later that I have realized that I was trying to understand life instead of living it. That was the particular moment when I stopped taking photographs and instead became more concerned with myself, in general, and with pushing my limits. For me photography is an identity of who I am, what I like most to do, to be connected emotionally to the subject photographed, to give life to my ideas.
Why it would be incredible and very useful this scholarship for me? First, it will be an extraordinary opportunity of enriching myself. It is a step forward to my evolution and in the direction I want to follow, that of documenting places and people, studying an subject for a long period of time. Learning from Jason Edwards will be an occasion to learn new and useful stuff, to gain experience,to observe and to share together a unique moment. My love for travelling is another reason for applying to this scholarship.
