Unfortunately we are no longer running this service.
Why? - As much as we loved the idea, we quickly realised that we had no control over the effective delivery of the postcards. We were at the mercy of international postal services and to be honest, they were failing when it came to delivery.
We don't want to be offering a sub-standard service, so we've decided to pull the plug.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused...a sad day for postcard lovers.
Remember getting postcards from far-flung places? I was always slightly jealous of the sights I was missing out on. Nonetheless, I stuck them up on the fridge and started my own travel dreams.
Well, at WorldNomads.com we're reviving this love of postcards... but with a modern twist.
The WN Postcard App for iPhone has arrived!
1. Get out your iPhone, download and then launch the WN postcard App
2. Take a photo, create your postcard, type your message on the back.
3. Buy some of our special 'stamps' - the cost is $2 per stamp and you need one stamp per card for delivery anywhere in the world.
4. Your postcard is printed in the USA on real glossy paper, stamped and then sent to the
address on your card.
5. You can also donate at the time of stamp purchase to one of our Footprints Projects, so you'll send more
than just warm greetings, you'll also help change lives !

Buying stamps - It's easy !
You can buy stamps via the WN Postcard app through PayPal. The cost is comparable to
locally purchasing a card and postage, but without the Post Office
queues!
* When you need to buy more stamps, click on the Stamp icon in the WN Postcard App to choose which number of stamps you want.
* You'll drop into the paypal site, add your credit card details or login to your paypal account and buy your stamps.
* Drop back into the app and hey presto, your stamps are instantly waiting to be used!

Tap on 'photo' to choose an existing photo from your library or Snap a new photo on the spot. Tap on 'message' to type in the message that's printed on the back of the card Tap on 'Address' to type in your friend's address or choose their name from your Contacts book.
You
can position your photo on the card, then zoom and move it around to
get the right fit. Click the blue button on the right to select an
optional border for your card, there's plenty to choose from.
