Los Diablos de Chuao (Devils from Chuao) it´s a celebration performed during Corpus Christi. Men who are in the Fraternity of the Holy Sacrament organize the celebration, and those who have a promise to pay will dance all over town dressed as devils without rest for three days.

The Devil´s most significant piece of the wardrobe is the mask with exaggerated features and horns with a yellow, blue and red ribbon, and it´s accompanied by a colorful suit similar to those of the Spanish in the seventieth century, garnished with a tail and crosses, a whip in one hand and a maraca in the other. Masks are typically made from clay, wood and paper maché and may vary according to the hierarchy.
