When I visited this site several weeks ago there seemed to be a text with every language guide post. It's extremely useful to go with the audio material. Why can't I find it now?

I never been in cambodia, I'd like to visit this country, I'm planning to go to Phnom Penh in next february. Is it a safe town? please i need some informations.
