Hi Hannah,

If you click on the Podcast link, it will start playing within the browser. To download it, you need to right-click and choose 'Save Link As' or 'Save Target As' etc... different browsers have different options.

If you click on the iPhone App link, it will take you to the iTunes Store as this is where you download all Applications for iPhone.
