Thai cooking course

We are both in the land of bliss. Just returned after a 2 hour massage. Nic a Thai/Yoga stretch and crunch-a-thon, Jim a four hand thai massage. Both in the land of la la.
Earlier today we undertook a Thai cooking class where we learned the secrets of this beautiful cuisine – we had a private class and, of course, we had to eat our creations – yummy. We look forward to showing off our now found skills on our return home. Watch out Thai by Night! (the local Thai restaurant across the road in Petersham)
The rest of the day was filled with sun, sand and an ever-so-gentle surf.
