I spoke [WAY] too soon!

I should have known better than to have said that life has been pretty steady on Monday. I came home from work around noon on Tuesday and was about to leave for class when my roommate came home from her classes about 5 hours early, as she did not feel well at all. She went to lay down as I finished packing my bookbag and as I was heading out she asked if I could take her to the ER since she had stomach pain so bad she could barely walk.

Long story short, she needed an appendectomy (sp??). I stayed with her until she went into surgery and then with her belongings until her parents arrived from Milwaukee around midnight. She is doing just fine now!

Please, if you ever hear me say "life is steady these days," stop me before I can finish the sentence! :0) Life is good and everyone is healthy now!
