I went to the career fair on campus today. It was a little disappointing for someone in my field, as the overwhelming majority of businesses were looking for business majors, which I am not. However, it was a great experience in terms of giving me the insight early on that I will really have to set out to find my own opportunities and really start networking. It also gave me some good experience with basic interviewing. While it wasn´t what I was expecting, it was by no means a complete bust.
I´m bound and determined! Just wait and see.
