I've been living in China for the past year documenting the life of Chen Si. A man who has been patrolling the Yangtze river bridge saving people from committing suicide. I have had no formal training and no funding for this project. I've done it all on my own except for the help of my partner who is also from NYC and was formerly my roommate. We are about to start editing the film but everything takes so long when doing it all on your own and with no money.
Before coming here to do this, I made travel videos, in my free time, for tripfilms.com. I must have over 20 of them and from 7 or 8 different countries.
I love to travel and I love to film. I hope to start getting paid from it instead of having to teach English to fund my filming.
Also, I am currently living in China, as our film is still being worked on.
