to boil water, put black tea and salt with pepper, then add milk and nuts. To eat with bread and butter

 

The story behind this recipe
After hiking t the Peak Moskovskoi Pravdi (5734 m.) in Pamir, I was without power. Locals prepared this shirchai and told me a legend that this milky tea is a food of local angels. I ate it and was happy to feel myself on the roof of the world surrounded by great Pamiri mountains and to have best deams I have ever had!
