Some sort of carnivore (lion, hyena, wild dog...). White because they're mostly fur.

Melly, you're right - it's hyena - green when fresh and turns white because of the bone they consume. A lion's (and any dog's when it's left in the yard and dries) will whiten with age, but can be black with blood (tarry).
