Capturing the beauty of Austria

I am an 18 year old art student from a rural town in England. I first became interested in photography when I realised that the camera had the power to capture what my eyes were seeing; the ability to tell a story in a single image. Since then I feel lost without a camera by my side. I believe that the best images take the essence of the scene so the viewer feels the same emotions as you did whilst you were there. I like to travel to new places; experiencing vibrant culture, breathtaking scenery or architecture. I would love to travel more in the future which is why this opportunity is such a great one. I'm interested in the world, using photography and art as a way of understanding it. I think in life we are always learning new things and I love to embrace this, and what better way to learn than by throwing yourself into experiences like this one.
