Why should I win? There are several reasons. 1. I feel strong desire to tell stories to people and I know how to do it. All my life I am fond of writing. Last year my short stories were published in a story book Peace Writers, that gathered writers all over Caucasus. 2. I feel a desire to change myself. Last 11 years I was working as a freelance journalist and I feel that this is enough. Now I am 38 years old and I am in search of new ways to be more creative. Making videodocumentary is the new field for me where I can open my capacities. 3. I live in a mountain region populated with different peoples with different cultures, languages, religions. As a journalist I was covering the problems of ethnic minorities for many times. And this reminds a bit the diversity of Pacific community in Columbia.
