I am a self-taught photographer whose real passion lies in film photography. However, in the past year I have discovered a whole new realm and love for the digital world. My sister gave me her old digital Canon DSLR and this has been very freeing and exciting for me. I have felt and observed myself really grow and become a photographer, and feel confident in saying that. I have developed my own style of photographing, but I can see that this is very fluid for me. As I learn more and push myself more I can see that there are no boundaries and this gives me so much fulfillment and drive. I want to photograph the world, but also to create and play with a more surrealist approach as well. I feel like I have found my sea legs.

I finally made the decision to go and study photography next year which fills me with all kinds excitement and nerves.

To be given this opportunity to shadow and learn from a photographer of this magnitude, would just be incredible, I feel at a loss for words as to how amazing this would be. While also traveling to Cusco and experiencing the country and culture. It would be life changing.
