Well, just in case me and Tim have been abit slack on keeping everybody upto date on everything.....We celebrated our first anniversary on the 20th and went out for a lovely meal in Melbourne which was awesome.

We also fly out to New Zealand on Tues (8th) and have a fun month of traveling ahead of us which we are very excited about. There is allot of adventure sports to do such a rafting, sky diving and so much more....

we'll have heaps of stories and pics to inundate you with soon.

Winery Tour Hunter Valley

Well....After our recovery from our winery tour, we can finally bring our selves to write you a little note on how things went down in groove town.....

Ill just start by saying we had an awesome day up at the Hunter...we were the only people on the wine tour..(which was a bonus) and not only did we get to go around more than the usual five number of winery's we also got to visit a blue tongue brewery, along with Ryannan getting her picture taken with a local celebrity-Joe.

Tim wasn't really excited to say the least about visiting the winery's as he hates wine, but after the first winery he managed to force a few glasses down and was loving the free booze the places kept aluring you with, by the first winery we had definatly figured Tim has a sweet tooth,tongue,leg and foot so he loved the dessert and sweet table wines....Ryannan on the the other hand aint a fussy girl so she was necking back what ever they were filling her glass up with, she didnt even know what half of the wines were that she was tasting....she just took advantage of the fact it was free.

But Ryannan did fall in Love with some one else other than Tim on the tour, there was a beautiful, big, handsome, hunk of a male......St Bernard that caught Ryannan's eye in Kevin Sobels Winery, Joe the Dog and Ryannan (seen in Pics) were rolling around on the floor for a good while when the owners seen the dog and Ryannan commenting on how they hadn't seen the dog like this for a long time, so they snapped a picture and popped it on a wine bottle......FOR FREE for Ryannan to take home.

It was getiing to the end of the day so we headed off to the Smelly Cheese Place where a very drunk Ryannan and Tim Spent allot of time and money on the cheesey snacks before heading home.

So 1/2 a kilo of cheese and 6 bottles of wine later Ryannan and Tim stummble bck to there cabin....and they collapse on the bed and pass out till the next morning where they will wake up and set out a romantic day of drinking the 5 bottles of wine and eat every last crumb of cheese they had paid for.

Visit to Chantel and Macy

Hey Guys,

Well since our last news flash, We are vising my (Ryannan's) heavily pregnant sister Chantel and Her daughter Macy in Dudley NSW. We 've been helping out, looking after Macy, having abit of a tidy of the house ect.... but Tim seems to of had a particular flare for looking after young children Macy (Ryannan Neice) Loves Tim (i dont think its anything to do with the fact he stuffs her face every chance with Milkyway,SSSSHHHH dont tell Chantel)

So we've been here for around a week now and its nice for Tim to meet family and spend time with Macy.

As you've probably seen from the pictures Tim done a spot of mountain biking at the weekend, which he loved/or maybe he was just saying that to keep Ryannan's brother in law happy...anyway its cool.

We've booked our selves in a cabin up in the Hunter Valley (New South Wales wine Country) this week where we will go on a wine tour and taste some of the locally made wines, basically a glorified piss up LOL. So im sure we'll have a great time.

On Sunday my (Ryannan) Mum is visiting from England for 6 weeks so Tim will get to be sussed out by the in laws at last LOL, unfortunatly for you Jacqueline and Frans you'll have to wait a little longer for your question time. Maybe in Thailand in Feb though.

After that we will be headed on to Melbourne to find some more work and find some where to live.

We shall keep you posted.

Hallo allemaal

Hier dan ons laatste nieuws. Wij zijn op dit moment op bezoek bij Ryannan's zuster Chantel die inmiddels bijna 9 maanden zwanger is. Zij, haar dochtertje Macy en haar man Finn wonen in een klein plaatsje Dudley net buiten Newcastle in NSW. We zijn haar een beetje aan het helpen met het zorgen voor Macy, beetje opruimen hier en daar enz...Tim lijkt goed om te gaan met kinderen. De kleine Macy vindt Tim te gek (we weten niet of dat iets te maken heeft met het feit dat hij haar volstopt met Milkyways, SSSHHH niet tegen Chantel zeggen)

Dus ja we zijn hier nu ongeveer een week en het is leuk voor Tim om wat tijs met Macy en de rest door te brengen. Ook is hij afgelopen zondag een stuk gaan mountainbiken samen met Finn wat geweldig was.

In het weekend gaan we naar een camping toe in de Hunter Valley waar we 2 dagen in een cabine verblijven en waar we een dag een wijn toer gaan doen daar. Wijntoer? Gewoon de hele dag door wijn proeven totdat je er scheel van ziet haha Zeker weten wordt dat een leuke dag

Op zondag komt Ryannan's moeder vanuit Engeland naar Australie waar ze 6 weken zal verblijven. Tim krijgt dus de hele familie te ontmoeten en jammer genoeg voor zijn ouders zullen hun nog even moeten wachten. Misschien in Thailand in februari??

Ach ja aanstaande woensdag vliegen we dan naar Melbourne toe om daar een baan te gaan zoeken en een tijdje te verblijven...

Well just to fill you all in, your looking at minimovers newest recruits, I do the packing and Tim does the moving, how romantic.....living together...working together, its real bloody nice! We keep joking saying that we're going to be the face of the minimovers soon, Tim will have me in one arm and a fridge in the other...truth is, i think we're just giving the boss's ideas.

so yeah, as you can see, we look rather cool in our uniforms.

Its pretty cool working for minimovers, you get free breakfast, so Mothers dont worry we're getting at least one good meal a day.

Om jullie even op de hoogte te brengen, jullie speken nu met Minimovers nieuwste medewerkers. Ryannan pakt alle spullen in en Tim verhuist het vervolgens, hoe romantisch…samen wonen….samen werken, het is echt heel gaaf! We hebben het erover dat we het nieuwe gezicht voor Minimovers gaan worden, Tim heeft mij (Ryannan) in de ene arm en een koelkast in de andere…de waarheid is, we geven de baas gewoon was ideeen.

Dus ja, zoals jullie kunnen zien zien we er vrij cool uit in onze uniformen.

Het is eigenlijk best leuk, voor Minimovers werken, gratis ontbijt, dus moeders maak jullie geen zorgen, we eten tenminste een keer per dag goed.

Dutch Viewers....yet again scroll down

Sorry its taken so long to finish the story viewers......So basically after we done the whole waterfall trip we decided to head on down Townsville which is about 100k from Ingham. We headed to Townsvile so we could go to the Billabong sanctuary and see all the really cool local animals, like Wombats, Koala's and Croc's....it was awesome.

I even was able to over come my fear of birds, they had this one bird called the magpie swan which would steal the seed from your pockets when you wern't even looking

....this one woman had the seed in her handbag and when she turned around the magpie swan was dragging it in the lake for the seed so she had to run in and wrestle the bird for the bag...it was really funny.

Me and Tim got to have a hold of a Koala and a Wombat....which was really cool.

so after we spent a while at the sanctuary we headed off to Eungelle National park where we had the chance to possibly see a Platypus which is a very rare animal, you could only see them if you got up at around 5am......of course me and tim slept in and didnt even got to see them...but we had a nice drive around the place, since we never got to see the bloody animal we downloaded a picture for you all...........

After that we drove tothe closest camping ground we could get to, we looked over the map and seen a nice little pkace called Yeppoon, it was situated right on the sea so it would be a beautiful place to spend the night....when we arrive there and pitched the tent and had a look around the site.....we then noticed that we were pitched with all the old timer OAP's, the youngest people on there apart from me and Tim were 57+.....so no late night parties for us.

Sorry dat het zo lang heeft geduurt voor het nieuwe verhaal weer eens kwam...Dus ja, nadat we de hoogste waterval van Australie hadden bezocht zijn we naar Townsville gegaan wat ongeveer 100 km van Ingham vandaan is. We gingen naar Townsville toe om daar naar het Billabong Sanctuary te gaan en allerlei dieren te bezoeken. We hebben wombats gezien en koala's en krokodillen....het was super.

Ryannan is zelfs niet meer bang voor vogels nu (haha). Ze hadden daar een vogel genaamd magpie swam (een of andere zwaan) die het zaad gewoon uit je zakken stool als je even niet oplette. Een van de vrouwen daar lette een ogenblik niet op en die zwaan pikte zo haar handtas bij haar vandaan en liep rustig richting het meer. Vrouw erachteraan natuurlijk om haar handtas weer terug te stelen...allemaal grappig natuurlijk; voor ons dan, die vrouw keek niet al te blij. Aah fijn toen dat allemaal achter de rug was gingen we samen op de foto met eerst een wombat en toen een koala...was ook heel leuk.

Toen we daar een aantal uurtjes hadden rondgelopen besloten om naar het Engella National Park te gaan waar we de mogelijkheid hadden een platypus te zien, wat een zeer zeldzaam dier is. Uiteraard kon je dat beest alleen 's ochtends om 5 uur zien of ergens in de late uurtjes van de dag. Nou zijn wij een beetje lui en hadden we uiteraard geen zin om zo vroeg op te staan dus hebben we maar een foto voor jullie van het internet geplukt.

Na dit avontuurtje zijn we naar een plaatsje gegaan met de naam Yeppoon. Mooi klein plaatsje gelegen aan de zee. Eenmaal aangekomen daar besloten naar de eerste de beste camping te gaan om daar onze nacht door te brengen. Na een half uurtje kwamen we erachter dit deze camping een echte bejaardencamping is. Weet je wel met bingo en sjoelen enzo. Dus geen feestjes voor ons...
