I was awarded with an excellence scholarship for college so I took a Six-year undergraduate program in international business with a major in Marketing and specializations in brand management, logistics, and Human resources management. I have 5 years’ experience on academic position as teacher, researcher and administrative assistant and 3 years’ experience as program director and visual marketer. I speak Spanish, English, French and Thai. I have knowledge of image edition and manipulation, but very few knowledge of capturing, composition and lighting. I certainly believe that graphic design is mixing with digital photography and retouching is expected and demanded. In my photography I spend more time in Photoshop than in the field. Sometimes I take bad pictures (bad lighting and composition) but I know I can edit them so i don’t do my best when it comes to capturing. As “Purist” photographers argue, once the photography is manipulated it does not depict the subject objectively.
