I am Maria and where I always wish to be is in the mountains. I do hiking during every season and always when I get the chance - that is my biggest passion. Of course I like to take pictures of the beautiful places I visit. I usually go to the Bulgarian mountains, but have also visited those in Macedonia and the Alps.
I don't do much of digital work on my pictures and this is why I participate this concours. I want to learn how to take better pictures, that don't need to be touched. I am a little old-fashioned.
My favorite sports are swimming, skiing, running, biking and hiking. Other thing that inspire me are culture, arts, languages and traveling. I speak Bulgarian, English, German and French. I just got my master's degree in "Media, culture, communications". My bachelor is in "Cultural science". I wish to combine all these interests through photography and improve myself in that area. I want people to know how beautiful my little county is and to inspire more people to visit it. I also like to inspire people to live active and I do it, I hope, and I think it happens also thanks to my pictures. I promise I will not get tired of walking in Cusco!
