Freezing Festivals: Doya Doya Matsuri

I'm originally from Australia, but have been living in Japan for the last 8 years. I've tried to see as much of the country as possible, but now I'd love to open my horizons both physically and career-wise. While I love teaching kids (my day job is a Year 1 teacher) travel and photography are where my heart lies. On my weekends, I organise a monthly phootshoot club in Osaka, and am the videographer for Kansai Scene, a local magazine for expats. I love festivals, events and people. I like to think I'm easygoing, and a hardworker, and I enjoy good relationships with my coworkers. I know I have a lot to still learn about photography (and video) so I'm open to advice, and not too proud to ask for help. I would love to visit Peru, and meet a fellow Aussie who is living the dream as a National Geographic photographer.
