My Photo scholarship 2010 entry

The set shows the best sights I've seen around the tropical island of the Philippines. Beautiful places and evocative images of people are included in the set.

I am a constant traveler around the country, and photography has always been my passion, always wanting to record the most meaningful sights that capture the imagination and that tell a story.

I have had no formal training in photography. My camera is Canon's entry level DSLR, the use of which I learned by reading the camera's manual. My shots are mostly based on instinct and gut feel.

Bhutan is one of the places that I've always wanted to see.
