My name is Vassilios Siagkos. I am photographer. I comes from a small Greek town, called Aridaia.I was born in 1985 and spent his entire childhood, adolescence and some following years in Aridaia. In 2007 i joined the Faculty of Education in Belgrade, Serbia.
My first influence on photography comes from my dear friend Spiros Paloukis (writer/ protographer http://www.spyrospaloukis.com/) whom i met during military service. A second impulse came from another dear friend Sonia Theodoridou ( https://www.behance.net/soniatheodoridou) –whom i met in Belgrade during the summer of 2009- and my first contact with her Nikon camera.
I then attended a photography course in Serbia delivered by Milan Josipovic (https://www.behance.net/MilanJosipovic) and Miodrag Stojanovic (http://www.pixoto.com/drmstojanovic). Eager to improve my talent, i spent two more years travelling, taking part in competitions and working as a street photographer for a local Serbian magazine.
Returning to Greece and being fully devoted to photography i managed to work for several people who needed a photographer.
This is very important to me. I want to gain new experiences and become better.
