Everything hurts xD

Well Hello this is day for in my
personal hell :P It´s Thursday and I literally was to busy to write.
On Tuesday another new guy came from Italy, he was supposed to stay
for a year but already thinks about going to Shanghai, too much
countryside here :/ Ohh well and besides that a short notice on what
I did. Tuesday we had Wing Chun, which I really enjoyed, got my legs
a bit relaxed and is actually fun. Afterwards jumps and rolls, I
figured I may should try to learn at least a handstand and a
cartwheel but ohh my got a long way to go there-.- You all know me,
like hey I know why I skipped Gymnastic class for most of my life.
After lunch, which I still consider quite tasty, could be a bit more
meat, but oh well. We had Shaolin Take downs and because there are
not that many girls, I practised with a guy, which is on one hand a
good thing, don´t have to be considerate, on the other a bad thing,
they won´t be considerate either. After that we had to do Sit-Ups,
which basically killed me-.- Well in the evening I just learned a bit
more Chinese and we, Yasmine and Joe watched a movie. Kung Fu Hustle,
I am loving it, so funny =)

Next morning I went the first time to
Tai Chi and knocked myself out, loving my knee cap, but no need to
worry nothing bad, still kept on training. Than it was basically the
same than on Monday, lots of kicks and the basics of some forms.
Can´t wait to actually learn a form. So far it´s fun, I kinda have
the feeling the Shifu maybe won´t go as easy on me as he usually is
with girls. Still not as hard as with the boys, but I hope he will
just really treat me the same way, otherwise I won´t learn anything.
When we had Sanda I even was allowed to hold the what ever you call
the things you hit on in English, and I swear I had the feelings my
arms would fall of, but I didn´t knock myself out while holding
them, so I am quite proud of myself.

During lunch break we went to the
10-minute shop (it takes you 10 minutes to get there) and I got
myself again a coke and a sprite, need my sugar, otherwise I´ll
maybe get problems. Other than that I went to the Bank in the evening
to get some more money out. Wahh it´s so hard to spent this money, I
mean well no matter what I got eight month so a cheaper place I
wouldn´t find, maybe if I´d went to University, probably would be
better for my Chinese, but I want to learn Kung Fu in the first place
and it´s nice and cheap here, but it´s still a lot of money and I
guess my parents brought me up well, it´s so hard to give it away xD

But my flight goes back in June, so
long I will be stuck here, which means don´t think I would get by
any cheaper with just 15 euro a day for eating, sleeping and
lessons...but who knows, sure would at a Chinese School, but I quite
like that bit of luxury we have, even if it´s not a lot, like warm
showers, two bed rooms, normal toilets....

But during the winter time I don´t
even want to imagine, this is going to be freezing, like really,
really cold.

Now to the people, I think it will be
ok here some are a bit special, but nobody I´d say I can´t stand
and I am here to learn either way.

My muscle ache also became a bit
better, yesterday my whole neck was stiff from the takedowns but
today it´s a bit better already just my legs feel awful from all the
kicking and so on yesterday,

but I put Tiger Balm on at it feels
great and I have the feeling, is working quite well.

Now we have room check, yeah we have
them checking if everything is nice and tidy, so twice a week I have
to clean, otherwise I have to clean the bathroom or do other
penalties like staying in push-up position for 5 minutes, but that
one is usually more for the people that were past the curfew.

Yeah we have a curfew, it´s 9.30, even
on the weekends-.- So no need to worry about me wandering about, I
really don´t want to do the penalty work out =)

Today I did Tai Chi again, but I don´t
think I will be very good at it. Maybe I just should sleep in instead
or do some Yoga.

Don´t know yet, I just know I am
scared of today, endurance practise, qi Gong and later Shaolin work
out, you know stuff like holding bricks in horse stance....I am going
to die xD

Well maybe I tell you how it was in the
evening, if I am still able to write anything at all...

First Impression

First morning and I woke up around 5.45
which kind of made me happy, maybe I´ll be able to go to Tai Chi
every morning, but I didn´t want to go today, so I just rolled
around in bed for one more hour before I got moving. Well breakfast
was soymilk, which was kind of sweet, buns and eggs. I guess on the
weekend I am going to go grocery shopping and get myself some honey,
oats, fruits or whatsoever I find to make breakfast more interesting.
Now I am back in my room and well guess it will be a friendly
ignoring with my room mate^^ but we will see, I am most likely just
spoiled because I had an amazing room mate in Scotland ;)

Ohh wow I am done, don´t want to know
how I feel tomorrow, everything hurts. In the morning we did some
basic kicks and punches, than some stands and running and so on,
which was fair enough. We had lunch, again quite good and than I went
with some other new guy to the next bank and we got a part of our
money charge. In the break which was 3 hours (luckily) I slept a tiny
bit and than went to my next class. Again two laps around the lake
and warming up and than Sanda, and I probably overdid it at some
point and over stretched something because at some point I wasn´t
able to lift my leg any more, so I really don´t want to know how
that will feel tomorrow. Well we couldn´t wait for the lesson to be
over and I didn´t go to Bagua, which was obligatory. I try it maybe
in a week, when I actually am able to move after lessons. Instead I
went up and learned some Chinese and at 18 o´clock it was already
supper time, pretty much the same than for lunch but I quite liked it
so no complains =) Bought myself a pack of water too, because well
the heat water for us, but it takes forever to cool down and I don´t
want to drink the tab water here. Afterwards there was a Chinese
lesson, more or less a sitting together and talking and making jokes,
so I really had a fun time with that.

All in all I am quite happy here, the
people are nice and the training is fun, or at least will be once the
worst pain is over. The only thing I really don´t like are the
showers, they are more a dripping of water instead a real shower,
which is a bit annoying. It takes forever to actually get my hair wet
and the soap out again.

Arriving in my personal Hell :P

Waaaah just 4 hours sleep. Ok got up at
6 got dressed and went of...again one hour metro drive, but didn´t
fell asleep, so proud of me. Than finding my way around at that huge
station, can´t they built the things a bit smaller and more
practical?

The second class was surprisingly
comfortable. Basically it looked like a four bed room on a sleeper
train, but on the lower bank three people were supposed to sit on
each side and on the upper one the luggage was supposed to go. Now
remember my 30 kilo luggage? Well that took to men to lift it up
there, but somehow they managed. Nobody just one was able to speak
English, so slept most of the time, not the best idea concerning my
back but ohh well.

So after a 5 hours drive and some
ridiculous long stops, which were because we were to fast, but the
train was supposed to be on time. Well we had a stop were we were
standing for about 40 minutes??? I think they are doing that to make
the train ride longer on purpose so that people take the G trains,
which are supposed to be faster, instead the D, which are made slower
on purpose. Because the G train tickets cost more-.-

Well whatever I arrived and got picked
up by Joy and now here I am. Well let´s just say it´s run-down, but
well still ok, just a bit dirty. But I didn´t expect anything else,
so fine with me. But those showers creep me out and I don´t really
want to know how they will heat this room in the winter time. That´s
going to be tough...No I just hope my room mate will come back at
some point because I have many questions and am a bit scared to just
go outside.

Ohh well I talked to her and don´t
think she will be a lot of help, I guess I have to stand on my own
feet. That´s ok I understand her, must be kind of annoying showing
the new ones around every time. So I went down and started talking
with a girl from Switzerland I think it was and two Mexicans and had
Dinner, which was surprisingly good. A bit salty but still, couldn´t
really say what it was. One was something with mushrooms, the other
one with cabbage and some other Veggies and some small meat pieces.
It was all right, with it I got some rice.

After the meal we four took of to a
supermarket close by. We had to walk on the side of the road, through
a field to some old Chinese houses and on the end there was a lit up
little shop. Basically just four aisles stuffed with toys, cooking
stuff, some snacks and drink and veggies and if your lucky some
fruit.

So I got myself washing powder, toilet
paper, a drinking bottle, some soup and a Cola, just to get my blood
sugar up if I need it.

When we walked back it already got dark
outside, like dark dark...because there are now street lights or
anything. Was kind of a new feeling and I guess I have to get used to
that, I for sure won´t ever walk that way alone. Back in school I
just fell into my bed and slept, far to tired to move around much or
to meet more people.

First steps...

Well Hello again!

Finally, today I am leaving for China.
This is going to be tough!

And as promised I will keep everybody
updated with my blog, I try to write everything with easy words, for
those you are not so big fans of English.

Well right now its 6 o´clock and I am
waiting for my plane and how in the world did I get that crazy idea
with China.

Honestly I am kind of scared, what if I
fail again and won´t be able to go trough and what if I can´t keep
up. Hell I am already scared of all the muscle aches....

Also it is really hard somehow to leave
Germany again, because everybody already started University and
everything or found a place or job to settle, just I can´t and am
travelling through world history.

But also I can´t wait to discover new
stuff, like I told some of you, I will go and eat whatever. So no
matter how yuck I probably am going to give it a try, with a view
expectations, for example no dog, cat or ants (that would be going to
far, so scared of them).

Well let´s see what I have coming up.
I am honestly scared because there just wasn´t so much possibility
to prepare me for this. So what the hell, somehow it will work out.

At least I hope so =)

So after I packed my stuff, hey I am
amazing with stuffing tons of stuff into small spaces, I think I got
a real talent there :P I picked my sister up. Went to her Class Room
and got her out of the Math lessons, ohh my she so enjoyed herself,
guess this will be the talk of the week. Some fun memory to remember
me by.

At the airport we had a sandwich well
more my sister had it, because as usual she just didn´t eat in
school -.- Driving us all insane with this.

Well and than it was already time to
say goodbye. So hard, today was really hard on me. Probably because
this is the first time that I do something were I doubt myself a bit.
But after Scotland I am somehow more doubtful of myself, it´s
scaring me, but to late now. Now I just have to hang on, giving up is
to expensive ;)

I am leaving my family today but I am
still worried about how everything will go at home, especially with
my grandfather.

Ohh well enough being depressed, this
is a great chance in live and will be a great experience. I just have
to learn how to grow a bit more, so wish me luck.

Haha now something fun just happened,
when I went through the security check one of the police woman liked
my pants so much that she asked where they are from, I always knew I
had a great style :P

She looked rather disappointed when I
told there, they were from Singapore.

Well I fly soon...so I will write more
when I am finally in Shanghai =)

Ohh wow what a flight, to Istanbul I
had a meal a snack. The snack was called miracle nut which I thought
was pretty hilarious.

Than to Shanghai I thought I would be
dying, the guy I was sitting next too was nice an polite, but hell
ever had somebody next to you who had such a bad breath that you
could smell it every time he yawned. Watched also Snow White and the
Huntsman. Love the film selections the have on planes.

Arriving here I first kind of was to
slow so I had to wait forever at the Immigration, picked my luggage
up and went to the bus, where I had to get rid of a taxi driver. In
the bus I didn´t get a seat, so I had to stand, first I thought ok,
will be all right, well hey I forgot the Chinese driving style.
Suddenly the driver stopped quite sharp and I nearly landed on my
but. But I didn´t, phew.

Than I found the house I had the
address for, but just one tiny problem, well my host wasn´t there.
She went out to eat and I couldn´t call her back because my phone
ridiculously decided to stop working. Well so I was standing there
outside the door and a lot of people looked funnily at me. So I
decided just to ask a random girl if I could use her phone really
fast. Which I did and this way I finally got reach Elysse. So I had a
chitchat with the other girl while waiting and didn´t feel like a
complete idiot, can´t put it on my host though, because she gave me
a warning with a sms.

Well Elysse herself is lovely, down to
earth and quite funny, but wow I never met somebody who was that
messy, I myself am already bad,but she tops it, which rather amazed
me. Like tons of hair on the floor and stuff just thrown on a big
pile.

Well I had a shower and found something
else funny out, she planned her life after a online game. Wow I also
never met somebody who was so into one game. She slept in between
important game actions and stayed otherwise up all night.

Well that must be true love, so we
talked a bit while she was playing and at some point I just fell
asleep. I slept on the end of the bed, which wasn´t the most
comfortable but still bearable.

So next morning I slept in late and we
went out to grab something to eat. The best Sushi ever, so good and
that all without fish :P

Than I got to the train station and had
to find my way around with buying a ticket. My host went back and I
took off. Well driving the metro can take forever and I nearly fell
asleep several times but besides that nothing big happened. At the
train station I was a bit disappointed that they had no English
Magazines at all. What the heck I mean at least a couple but no.

So I got my train ticket for tomorrow
at 8.22, which means I have to get up at 6 o´clock. Yeah-.-

After I was done there I decided to
just take a stroll over to the bund to get this typical Shanghai
feeling and I enjoyed running through the streets and this city
feeling.

But I still don´t think I realized
what in the hell I am actually doing.

I strolled around a bit and went back,
where several people tried to sell me those roller-shoes, now please
don´t I look a bit to old for these??

Ahh by the way they have lots of bubble
tea here, I am in heaven ;)

Well I went back, had to go into
Walmart because I was curious so I got myself some snacks and a
travel sleep pillow, before heading back to the flat. Where I ended
up reading a book while Elysse was playing her game.

KL2 and Melacca- The END

Now back on the bus and to KL. The
drive was boring, I couldn´t sleep very well and the drive was quite
short, so we arrived at around 5.30am in the morning. I got to the
Metro station in KL and had to wait till finally the trains even
started driving. That´s when I figured, why not go to the KL Tower
and get a ticket up to the sky bridge.

At 7 when I made it there, were already
people lining up and now some time ago it was free to go up there, at
least the early ones. Well not any more, you have to pay 80 ringits
now, which are about 20 Euro. Well no why should I want to go up
there than? No need I decided and went for search for a Hostel. Now
it was already around 9 and I went back to China Town, but couldn´t
find the Hostel I was looking for. Tired and just wanting to rest I
walked in the first one I saw, asked the girl coming down if it was
clean, she said yes and I went up to ask for a bed. Just 15 ringit
for a night, it really was clean and it was quite comfy. Also the
owner is just a really nice person. So I got into a 3 bed room, well
it had no A/C but a fan which was good enough for me and also the
showers were really great. It´s called Birds Nest, there are two in
China Town. It´s great I recommend staying there to everyone, they
have doubles two for quite good rates.

Now having settled in I just wanted to
have some rest and watched a bit TV on my laptop before going for a
shower and finally taking off.

Well if you´re wondering why I came
back to KL, to be honest I wanted a place where I knew where what was
and just go for some shopping and relaxing. So that´s what I did, I
went back to the huge shopping centre, but to be honest when you´ve
seen the first three floors, skip the rest it´s not interesting at
all. Because most shops have the same stuff in them and you are no
able to try on, so better have a good eye if you are able to wear
those asian clothes or not. Considering my size I knew some stuff
just would have been to short but I managed to find one top, than a
set with blouse and little jacket, another shirt, a skirt (which I
totally love) some jewellery for just 25 Euro. I was quite happy with
that, went back to the Hotel were I met another German Girl, so we
went out and had some dinner, nearly went out to late, because most
shops were already closing. She also tried some kind of pancake and
was totally full after that, I had enough with my noddles, which
where yummy spicy =)

We went back and decided to have a look
what´s going on in a bar close by, but it was rather boring, besides
a crazy, old Malay guy who tried to dance with me and really gave me
the creeps, nothing happened and because alcohol is not that cheap in
KL we decided to call the night quits and better to go back to the
Hotel.

Down and done, a exhausting shopping
day...

Well yeah going to meet my aunt today.
Had to get all the way out of down to grab a bus to Melakka, but just
for 9 ringit, can´t complain, great price. Take the new bus station,
there all the locals go to too. Don´t take the ones in the city
centre otherwise you may end up paying 30 ringit and from china town
there is a line going directly over to the outside bus station, so
not to difficult to reach.

My bus drive was quite short but I
missed my aunt on the station, I was already on the bus to town and
they decided to take a taxi, guess who got away cheaper? Especially
because my uncle didn´t ask the driver to put the meter on. Well
always do that in Malaysia. If you ask for it they usually have to
put it on, if they don´t take another taxi.

The Hotel we stayed in was a bit more
luxurious than the places I stayed in. A soft big bed, A/C fridge and
everything you want with a good Hotel. So pure paradise for me after
my 12 days rather funny experiences. My little cousin and me would
share one room, my aunt, the baby and my uncle the other one. So we
brought our stuff up into the Hotel and took of to see Melakka.

A lovely town, I wouldn´t call it city
but a cute place. If you like colonial style buildings it´s right
for you. China town is basically one street with many restaurants, we
went to eat there and it was all right but the best was the
decoration. Ohh and I had tee eggs, which I think taste great. So
from there we got some ice cream, which was in a kind of egg with two
feet. It looked so funny, but was not the most practical to eat. But
the lower part would be great for real breakfast eggs.

Well from there we walked back around
to some temples, the kids were so quite that we were all surprised.
Seems like you just have to take them out and give them lots of new
stuff to see to firstly make them tired and secondly make them quiet.
We stayed in a small bar on the river, which is really cute made and
on the colonial site somehow it doesn´t smell as bad as on the china
town side. I know this is so mean to say, but it was true. Well maybe
it was just the wind direction that changed.

Now if you are without kids I´d say
you would be just fine with 1 day. It would be possible, if you like
to take your time and maybe go a bit shopping too, than better go
over a weekend and relax.

Ahh and if you really want to do
something unusual get on one of the bikes and let the driver take you
through the old town in there very colourful wagons, which each
playing some kind of music, from Hip-Hop to Classic, find your song
:P

There wasn´t much more, we went
basically back to the Hotel after having some beer or better said
trying out all different kinds and because the kids were really
tired. I presented my Sari and I have to say they are really comfy, I
think I will be wearing them more often, also at home and I got my
cousin, he well asleep after making his typical turn once around,
like a little puppy going in the circle to find the most comfortable
place. He slept the whole night through, well I didn´t because I
checked on him again and again, so that he wouldn´t be in danger of
falling from the bed and waking the whole Hotel up.

We slept through and my aunt woke us up
in the end, with a happy and awake baby in her arm. They had not so
much luck as me and the little one woke up quite early, so they
decided time to get breakfast. So she took her older one along to and
went ahead and I got myself ready before following them down to the
Hotel Restaurant. The food was all right a mix out of western and
asian, so for every taste something. We walked than after that back
to the Holland Buildings, and looked at an old church, with tons of
stairs up there, which was lovely, with old grave stones and without
roof and also a quite nice view over the whole town. Next to it were
some more historical buildings and that was basically it. There is
not much more to see, so we went shopping in one huge place and had
a fun time with that. Had to search for some headphones and I think
food stuff. So than we just had time to kill and went into a
McDonalds with a Playground and my little cousin took of. He was
soooo cute, running behind girls the whole time and trying to touch
their legs. Yeah he just is two years old, you got to start early
these days :P We had a good laugh and than got a taxi back to the
hotel and later on the bus station. Our bus was supposed to leave
earlier but it was Ramadan time, so the bus just didn´t arrive and
was more than half an hour late. Very annoying, but it can happen, I
mean the bus driver has to eat too at some point. So we were awfully
late back and my uncle who had to go to work the next morning was
quite tired. I was just kind of annoyed because of the border
crossing, had to fill out the entry form again, which took me some
time, but luckily the bus didn´t leave without me ;)

Well that´s it in the end....this were
my short Malaysian Holidays^^

Perenthians- Islands Beauty

Perenthian disaster!

Well I got a bus at 9 and I arrived in
Jerteh at 4. Now the last very in Kuala Besut leaves usually at 4, so
I didn´t have any time to actually get some money out of my account.
Which means 50 for the drive, 20 extra to Kuala Besut+ 70 for the
freaking ferry.

Left with a bit over 100----->Not
good.

I completely forgot that there are no
ATM machines on the island. Well but at least I was on the boat, wow
I tell you don´t ever dare to think your ferry here is the same than
in Europe. It was a tiny boat, which could maximum fit maybe 15-18
people. It was rusty and some of the screws already were lost. So now
you have to drive around 1 hour, sometimes even more, till you get to
the Island.

They drop you of on whichever beach you
want.

When I came off, I nearly lost my sock
and we had to fish it out of the water.

Most chalets and rooms don´t have any
prebooking, which means you pay, whenever you arrive.

That´s why most places are quite
expensive. For Malaysia you will leave a lot of money here.

So I had to take on the first night a
stupid kind of house thing, for 40...Well it has a double bed, so if
you are actually two people it would be ok with the cost.

That´s something else what sucks here,
they don´t have many dorms, so better come in a group or at least
with another person, saves money and trouble.

My chalet was well very basic, the
electricity turned off all the time, so I fixed it with my hairband,
which I by the way forgot there. Darn it. I have to start taking
better care. So far I lost some socks, my shower gel and my razor it
seems. Now the razor really bothers me-.-

Well I had a couple of room mates, for
example this 20cm long gecko(the biggest one I have ever seen) and
some of his little siblings.

Thank good for the mosquite net xD

Well I slept with the light on because
the noises and everything completely freaked me out. Also the big
lizard I had seen earlier, which was at least one meter long.

The toilets were outside and by the way
very, very gross.

I know that may sound picky, but hey
for what I have been paying they could at least clean it a bit or
watch after their place.

I know everybody talks about these
Islands as the prettiest in Malaysia, but I´d don´t know. Even when
you are in a resort, it´s kinda smelly everywhere. Lot´s of dirt
lying around, even more than in the cities.

The beaches itself are nice, but don´t
expect really big or wide ones, and when you want to go swimming well
first find a place around all the little boats lying there.

But after I ate something (again kinda
expensive) and checked online if I could book anything ( Nothing
under 50 Euro a night-.- )

I tried to figure out the rest of my
travel. At first I really wanted to go to Taman Negara, but right now
I am just kinda sick of travelling alone and will just stay here a
bit more, before heading down to KL and enjoying the city ones more.

Well after a weird night when I woke up
I headed straight to the other beach and well there we go, I found a
place to stay for 20 the night, with a/c and the bed is all right.
Just the shower isn´t.

It´s the Shari-La Resort. It has a few
stars, now you would think they would make there dormitories nice to?
Well noooooo way.

There are like I said ok, but still not
what you would expect and the toilets+showers are as gross as the
last once. Seems like they can´t built a decent one, even though
they most likely would be able to, but why spent money on people
right now, that don´t pay much. That maybe more would be coming than
they don´t really take in account here.

So if you want a nice place to stay,
book online and spent the money, because than this islands are
probably a real dream. If you want to save money, come with somebody
else and it would be probably quite nice to have one of the little
houses. They look lovely.

Otherwise get a dorm, and take a diving
course. Those seem to be great and I really wanted to take one, but
there comes the problem. My credit card-.-

Because I booked the hotel for KL and
Romania with my card, there was not enough left till I reached the
limit.

Yeah second hit bottom after I finally
came to like it here somehow. Well I still could have done Taman
Negara, but I am really tired of moving and trying to see as much as
possible. I will now just relax here and not move at all for two
days, besides lying on the beach.

The diving I guess was just not meant
to be.

So whatever, than I just will do some
Yoga on the Beach.

Maybe I will just change a view S$ and
go at least to one nice place, but let´s see.

Right now I am just kinda mad at myself
for miscalculating. If I would have went to Taman Negara straight I
am sure it would have been very interesting and fun, but now I am
stuck here. I still could go and I am maybe considering it, because
if I can´t dive, whatever the 5 Euro I paid are than gone but at
least I would maybe have a good time, but it also would mean another
bus ride, more stress.

I didn´t really eat anything in the
evening. Well whatever and for breakfast I had some noddle soup. Well
the shower is horrible, you can´t close it. But I survived, ate a
noodle soup and went diving.

Wow that was probably the most amazing
thing I did till now. Ok well maybe not most, but kinda close.

First we went to a place with tons of
fish. Imagine swimming around and suddenly being surrounded by a fish
swarm.

The next place was supposed to have
sharks. Well no, no sharks =/ Not sure if I should be happy or sad
about that.

There were many other boats and on one
was a Asian family. The woman didn´t really feel to well, I´ve
never seen anybody puking like that. This whole thing was kind of
disgusting, even when the fish found it great, so I figured I´d
better stay in the boat and save the trip in the water again.

Before we went for lunch we went to one
more place and saw some huge turtles, so amazing I swear they were at
least one meter long and looked soooo cute, but there were so many
tourist that I kind of got bored really fast because it was so
stuffed and you had to be careful not to get a foot or arm in the
face.

So we went for lunch and the family we
went with and another guy had a nice talk. The kids were so cute,
especially the younger one, she just kept talking and talking and
well you all know how childs are, they say the cutest things. The
mother thought my parents would be along, she said she thought I
couldn´t be any older than 17 xD Well should I be now happy about
this or not? ;)

After we ate, I had rice, well the
cheapest ;), we went for another dive at the lighthouse. If you get
the chance to go there, do it. Wow that was just plain awesome. The
rocks are quite high there, so you can see everything up close and
under the little lighthouse are tons of fish, were you can just swim
through. Also you can climb up and jump into the water if you need a
little kick ;)

Just be careful, because the stones are
awful sharp and one of the girls cut herself quite bad on her foot.

Our last stop was romantic beach, were
you will be just snorkelling on the beach, which is interesting too.
There were some kind of big black worms all around on the ground,
also I saw some bigger fishes and all kind of other fish, sea shells
and so on.

All in all a great day.

In the evening I got dressed up a bit,
to take some pictures. I noticed I really get lazy when I am
travelling. Just to much of a bother to put make-up on or dress
nicely. Because if you sweat (which you will in Malaysia) the make up
is gone and comfortable clothes are just way easier.

After that I got asked if I would want
to come along and eat on the beach. Well I was out of money, just had
something like 2 Euro left, that wouldn´t have been enough. But the
girl that asked was my rescuing angel. Ohh my she would laugh if she
reads that. So this way again, thanks for the meal, I will remember
this ;)

So her, she comes from England and is a
hell of a crazy person, but you just have to like her and a guy from
Denmark (I think, hope I am not wrong, would be kinda embarrassing)
went down. The food was awesome, barbecued chicken and veggies and it
was really plenty, so nice to have a full stomach.

Well we talked a lot and nearly got
rained on, but the rain decided not to turn into a tropical storm and
to stop after a few drops, thank god.

Otherwise we would have been soaked.

After heading back to our 10 bed dorm,
I decided to let everybody sleep and not to pack that night, but to
save it for the morning.

Well let´s get packed, I headed back
with the ferry at 12, because I didn´t know how difficult it would
be to get to an ATM and better to early than to late. So again the
long boat trip over waves and whatsoever and chatted with some
Spanish woman who were making a trip, they also guessed my age a
younger, so whatever I guess^^

In town I asked around for the ATM and
got some directions, not without the guy telling me I would need a
taxi, otherwise the way wouldn´t be possible. Now seriously I
declined and it just took me 10 minutes to walk over there. No need
for a taxi. I walked back got myself a drink and headed to the first
restaurant I could find and ate something decent. Had chickenrice,
which somehow became my favourite dish along the road, you never can
do something wrong with chicken rice =)

Well it was just 2 o´clock and I went
and got my bus ticket and the bus would just leave around 8. Great
now what to do? I asked in one of the Hotels if I just could stay and
the lobby and use the internet and the woman was so lovely, she
allowed me to. So I watched some movies, wrote a bit stuff together
till 5. Than I went off and ate something again, sat down somewhere
else and played some games on my cellphone just to get the time
around somehow. Well I managed to do so and chatted with some of the
older man, who thought me waiting and sitting there alone was somehow
funny.

Later before I got on the bus I bought
myself some ice cream, just had a craving for it and it was really
good. Sour apple on the outside and inside was some kind of jelly,
hard to describe.

Penang- to keep the story going^^

enang, my sweet chaotic place =)

Well caught the bus, but forgot to go
to the bank before. So I was standing in Penang at the Bus Stop and
could not even take a bus(My last ringits went for the one beer I had
yesterday, I even had to borrow 1 xD )

So I tried to figure out where the exit
of the busstation was, because it had a huge fence all around. Why in
the world are people doing that?

Well so I asked this Indian woman with
her daughter and they told me somebody would pick them up and they
could drop me off. Yeah I know something bad could have happened,
well but nothing did, they looked really nice and were very warm
people. So I got asked tons of questions when the rest of their
family came and they were quite surprised about me travelling alone
and everything. Guess not something what normal girls do here. So I
got dropped of at a huge mall and got first money and than went to
the free shuttle bus they are having here.

I just had one problem, I didn´t know
were to go to xD

So I just decided to ask someother
foreigners, well and got lucky, the American new a really cheap place
and fair enough I am paying 25 for a dorm room, am in the middle of
the Little India and it is really nice and clean.

But ohh well the bed is horrible
hart...that´s going to be a interesting night.

I than just had a stroll around and
this guy followed me around for half an hour, he even went to the
same park, like he was crossing my way again and again and always
saying hi, and everytime I made a turn to another direction he did
too, but I guess after I ignored him for half an hour he either went
or lost me in the crowd-.- thank god xD

I than walked into the Chinese part and
got myself a noddle soup for incredible 3.5 and a tea. And now it
really tasted very good. Can´t complain so far.

Than I went into little India, and yeah
I know that was just typical touristy, but since Bollywood I always
wanted to have a Sari. So I strolled and I was successful. I got a
redone, which is really nice, with the blouse and the skirt+ some
bangles for just 20 Euro all together. I am quite happy with this
deal, I know probably not best quality, but still it´s a little
dream come true.

So now I have a kilt, a sari, cowboy
boats and head, belly dancing scarf, and some other traditional
clothes....soon I get the Kung Fu outfit, now I just have to figure
out how I get my kimono :P

I love traditional clothing, like you
maybe noticed ;)

So what else is there to tell, Penang
is really run down, you don´t have sidewalks, so prepare to jump out
of the way and it´s not the cleanest and kinda very dirty air, at
least I got the feeling, but maybe it´s just because there is a big
fire supposedly in Indonesia.

But all this chaos and dust and dirt
makes it very interesting, so I can´t wait to see more tomorrow and
everybody who thinks 1 day is enough...no way, not if you really want
to see the highland, no you´ll need some more time, trust me.

But let´s see how much I can fit in
tomorrow...

Ok second day Penang, and this is were
I calculated wrong, I should have taken the nightbus and left at
night from there, but no I forgot about it and had booked two nights
in the hostel.

So because there was no other option I
went out. I saw a Chinese Mansion, everybody who has the lonely
planet book, knows which one I am talking about. The nice blue one on
the cover for Malaysia.

The tour was quite funny and I learned
a lot about traditions and architecture. I really enjoyed this.

Than I strolled down the street, got
myself some food, chickenrice, what else could it be :P Well and what
I thought was quite interesting, I got a soup with it. But not just a
watery one, no it had liver, stomach and heart and also some veggies.
It tasted kind of like the stuff my mother makes at home, a bit sour,
I really enjoyed it.

After this I headed down to the bus
station to get to a temple. If you are looking for temples Penang is
the place to be, you have tons of them, Buddhist, Hindu, Mosques,
Churches. Around every corner you will find one. I skipped the lying
Buddha and went instead to the Kek Lok Si Temple, a huge, big thing
on a hill.

No the funny thing was that on the way
the bus had a tiny accident, a wheel just exploded. I thought that
was pretty funny and I couldn´t think about one time this happened
to me in Germany.

The way to the temple was lined with
shops, no matter what you look for you´ll find it, but too much is
too much.

I stayed some time at the temple and
relaxed. You know it´s like nice and peaceful you just have to find
the right corners.

I kinda felt a bit awkward because
there were not as many tourists as usually, so I felt weird when
people were starring at me.

But it was not to bad, really shocked
they just were when I got a wish band and hung it up the well I just
call it wishing tree.

I got the one that wishes for the
family to be safe and healthy.

When I headed back I bought a T-Shirt
and some pencils for my mother, because she asked for souvenirs.

I went back to the Hostel and than just
looked about what to do because of the buses. I should have just
taken the night bus and went to Taman Negara, but noooo I had to go
to the Perenthians, more later...

After a pretty long search I got
something to eat and decided to leave in the morning. BIG MISTAKE.

If you ever go to the Perenthians,
leave in the evening so that you arrive in the morning, otherwise you
have real trouble finding a place to stay.

Morning calls-.-

Yeah next day, next busdrive, to the
Cameron highlands. Right now I am sitting on the terrace of my
hostel, which is really cheap and really cute, if you don´t expect
any cleanness. It´s called Daniels Traveller Lodge and is in Tanah
Rata, a small village in the middle of the jungle.

It´s not as warm here than in KL,
which is quite nice. And the place just gives of a special feeling,
so who cares about a bit of dirt and also for 5 Euro, what do you
expect?^^

I slept the whole busdrive and than I
went shopping, some snacks for tomorrow, I am going to go to a tour
and got some fried rice to eat. Also I bought sport pants for just
about 4 euro and they are sooooo comfortable, can´t wait to try
them on my trip tomorrow.

They only thing I am kinda sad about is
that I won´t be able to go to the mossy forest, which really would
have been nice, it´s the oldest rainforest of the world, but at
least I see the smelly flower tomorrow :P

So today I am just going to relax a bit
and enjoy the scenery....more later...

Well I really just was sitting in my
room and outside the whole day and can you believe it? I was actually
freezing...It was so cold. In the evening I went into our Jungle Bar,
cheap beer and a quite nice surrounding. Talked to some American and
a English guy and got to know a bit more about everything there. Wish
I could stay longer in the Highlands it´s so lovely here.

Next morning...

Now a bit more. We started a trek
through the jungle at 9 o´clock. Well the car we were driving in
sounded like it would be breaking apart every second, but still
better than the Jeep we had to take afterwards over a really very
bumpy road. Wow that´s what you call off-road driving, kinda
scary...

We started walking and I was literally
dying after 10 minutes, but I was not alone, our guide was basically
running away. We couldn´t even look left or right, just straight
ahead, otherwise we would have lost him. After some time we came to a
tiny river, but we had to climb down and on the otherside up again,
so afterwards we were all kinda a bit muddy. At the little waterfall
we took a break and relaxed a bit, but nobody dared to jump in, which
was really sad, because I would have loved to, but just not alone-.-

And no nobody ended up with a leech or
anything weird.

Finally we came to the Rafflesia, which
is actually a mushroom not a flower and it blooms for 7 days and just
starts stinking afterwards, so it didn´t smell yet. We headed back,
finally a bit smaller and went to a aboriginal village, for a
blowpipe demonstration and guys I got the hang of it :P I hit the
bullseye on the first try, exactly the middle. Beware Germany, I am
going to buy one, the next time when I don´t have to come back to
Singapore(they are forbidden there) Those things are really funny :P

Now did you know that the aboriginal
people here eat monkeys, those poor little things were in a tiny cage
and basically had to wait there till they end up in the pot =/

So and after that, guess what came...I
wasn´t really hungry anymore...

We went to eat and wanna guess what
kind of place? Indian ! Again-.- I am sorry I am just not to fond of
Indian Food, and all tours stop there.

So I just ordered some fried rice.

We than went to the tea plantation and
wow this was so far my favourite place, it is absolutely stunning. So
nice and peaceful. We even could lie down on them and hey with a
blanket it would have been really nice place to sleep. Nice bouncy :P

So after taking fun pictures, sitting
on a tractor, standing on top of a jeep and just other stupid stuff
we went to our next station, the butterfly farm. Which was oh well
kinda...well let´s say it like this, the reptiles were awesome, the
butterflies mostly dead xD

I had a gecko on my arm and well no
they don´t just stick, when he was walking he was literately tearing
parts of my skin of, so I had white dots on my arm, where it walked
on. But seems like I was the only one with this problem.

Also I carried a turtle, which I just
didn´t want to give back, because it was so cute.

And I dared to take one of the snakes,
well a harmless one, but still, it looked really mean, all green, but
it was tiny.

And the butterflies like I said, most
were already lying on the ground or even stepped on. Ok not most but
quite a few.

Also we went to a Strawberry place, was
quite interesting how they grow them in plastic bags, but I have to
say I had sweeter once and I really prefer the self plucking in
Germany, because there I can eat for free, here I had to pay xD

After a lovely day, we headed back and
guess what? I forgot my jacket in the van, but no worries I got it
back. In the evening our group went out for steamboat, well or
hotpot, however you want to call it.

Ohh I so love this food. It was really
yummy and we all had a blast trying to catch the best pieces from
each other or getting the tofu out with chopsticks. Also it was
quite nice to talk with them. The girls from the Netherlands were
really funny, and the older English/French couple too. Also a guy
from England, who just stopped working and went of with 10 000 pounds
to see the world and to see how long he could last.

I really love this hostel life, you
meet so many people, from all over the world, talk to them, go out
with them and everybody just accepts each other.

You get tips and no matter how
different you are at home, abroad you all sit in the same boat.

I found my favourite way to travel.
It´s like a huge adventure.

So after a last beer I went to bed and
headed of in the morning to the next place. Would have loved to stay
a bit longer, but time is not really on my side.

So a little fazit to the Cameron
Highlands, it is an absolute lovely place, you are sick of cities and
just want peace and nature for miles over miles, that´s your place
to go. You wake up with birds singing and go to bed with it. Lots of
hikes and it´s not to hot, so you actually can relax a bit and are
not as tired. I would recommend this place to everybody.

First impression Kuala Lumpur

Little Bee flies through world
history...

^^ my first real Backpacking Trip, all
alone...Me, my backpack and my camera alone through Malaysia and my
first day is not yet over and the Malaysian population, at least some
of the men already grossed me out xD

Well but to that more later.

I left Singapore this morning and well,
this goes to all Bus companies in Europe, that´s how Bus riding
should be for long trips...Huge seats, nice and comfortable and a
quite decent Busdriver.

Never had such a relaxing travel, like
the seat would have been enoug for two people^^

Now the first thing I noticed here was
that they literally have palm forests here...Imagine the blackforest
with only palms...I tell you, nice view^^

This kinda gave me my explorer wish
back, which was lost in the daily life in Singapore, but now
it´s back^^

The next thing were the toilets here.
You learn three things, you have the low standing ones, never forget
your toilet paper and when you flush, make a jump back, otherwise
you´ll get wet feet.

Which you probably are going to get
either way, because instead of toilet paper, there is a water hose,
so guess how the floor looks like-.-

So now first I thought it was nearly
comical to have a old man suddenly making kiss noises in my
direction. Now after several of these incidents, people making stupid
comments, staring and winking at you, no matter how they look like.
Hell ye think I am desperate, some of them I wouldn´t even touch
with gloves. Yuck!!!

Also some were so short that I was
already wondering what was going on in their weird minds...Gross-.-

Well but besides that the people here
are quite nice, if they don´t try riping you off your money.

Remember no matter what your buying,
you always can go lower xD

Well when I arrived here, it was quite
something to find the hostel, without a card and directions, well I
asked myself though, but it took me some time. The hostel really is
quite luxerios, but the showers are so funny^^...I but a picture in
=)

After a short shower I started walking
to the KL Tower. Why do they have to hide everything here xD After I
finally found it and walked up there, I turned around on the
spot...The hell I am paying nearly 15 Euro to go up a tower. No way!
So I walked around a bit, nearly fell in some of the random holes in
the street, got scared of the trains here...soooo old and rusty and
found a nice lovely place, walked though the Central Market and China
Town and am going to have a little drink later on...oh and booked my
busdrive to the Cameron Highlands

Central Market is kinda cute but if you
don´t bargain hard you lose tons of money.

China Town deadly annoyed me. You can´t
just have a look around, as soon as you stop the shop owners run at
you and don´t leave you a second alone. It kinda bothers me, I need
my peace when I go shopping...

I later went to McDonalds, because I
was to tired to search for some food I would like here. I have to
check out the street food, that looked pretty promising. I paid for a
Big´n Tasty Menu just 2,30 Euro...take that Germany :P

It tasted so good, because it was my
first real meal today.

Now a short summery, if you think Rome
is dirty, don´t worry it´s so much worse here. If you ever thought
LA is run down, don´t worry here you just want to get a bucket of
paint and start making the place look nicer. If you think people in
China drive crazy, don´t worry here they are the same, what is even
worse, here are less people. Means in China you passed mostly the
street with a huge crowd so standing in the middle no car can hit
you and also they have to stop, here you cross alone, so you better
run, nobody will stop for you.

But still I think KL has it´s own,
very chaotic charm^^

Hellooooooo well next day, new tour...

I decided to do the 7 wonders tour,
which meant I could see everything I wanted without having to run
alone through KL...

So when I arrived there, there were two
couples and a Singaporean guy, which I thought was kinda funny,
because he was the first real Singaporean I talked two, but I already
stayed there for more than a month...

Our first stop, after being in the
traffic jam was a Buddhist Temple, which I really liked, because it
was beautiful made.

There we all figured our Horoscope
signs out. The others were by the way from Iceland, Canada and I
already forgot which the other country was and Singapore.

Now think about it we were pretty
international :P

After the temple we drove on, now to
little India and had a very short stroll there and from there we went
into the National Mosque.

Wow that building is just plain
beautiful, like I was really struck by it. As a woman we had to but a
purple, traditional robe on and a had to cover our hair too.
Basically we all looked kinda hilarious...

And the guys had to put the purple
robes on too, there shorts were to short.

Later on, this Muslim guy tried to tell
us why the woman body has to be protected from view and so on, which
I thought was kinda funny, especially while he talked he never even
once looked me in the eyes, so I had a blast with just purposly
looking at his face to see if he would give up :P

After that we drove to the Palace, did
you know that they have 9 kings in Malaysia and each one can reign
for 5 years, than they have to change places. Also they have soldiers
standing in front there, like in England. They were not allowed to
move and there were to horses too, they get changed every hour
because that´s the longest time they can stand still. I do
understand that one horse which was biting at every tourist coming to
close to it...I would do the same...

After that we all were literally
starving ohh I forgot the Museum of KL. We went there too and had a
stroll through history and were totally amazed by the little wood
houses and carvings they were making there.

Now we got our first sticker, why? I
have no clue but I thought it was kinda funny...

We than went to the Batu Caves. A
stunning place, if you have more time take the Adventure track
through the dark part, it´s supposed to be great, but we didn’t´t
have the time.

So first we ate some Indian food, very
traditional and it was quite tasty, I am just not so fond of it, I
guess. The toilet than totally grossed me out. I think I just cant
live with the toilets here-.-

So now after we were full of energy
from the food, we started our walk up the steps, which seemed
endless, over 200 and very step and tiny. On the sides were monkeys
watching us and we watching them, they were so cute. Finally at the
temple, which was open for public we were totally stunned, this cave
is huge and so old. I love places that smell old, it´s like you can
smell history...

The temple itself was less stunning and
I liked the Idea just to tear it down and put something more
interesting in there, like a dance place, but pssst I never said I
would support that idea :P

Well than we went to different stores,
like a tin shop, a chocolate shop and a coffee one. Well the tin was
very expensive, the chocolate I can buy in Germany and the coffee was
just instance and every time with milk and already sweetened, don´t
get me wrong but I prefer my coffee black.Ohh and got before entering even more stickers on our shirts.

We than went off at the a huge mall and
now imagine this 9 floors and in this mall they even had a
entertainment park with a huge roller-coaster. We were nearly alone
there, so no standing in lines and it was a blast, the
roller-coaster, with three loops, the hunted house with real actors,
the tons of head over things. And trust me they were really good. But
than we drove one of them and that one got us all really, really
sick, like I never had something like that before and they all were
watching us and seemed to have fun to get us really sick and just
randomly pushed buttons...After that we were knocked out for at least
half an hour....

We than went back to the Hostel...

By the way if you want to go really
shopping with tons of cheap clothes, Malaysia is your place to be. I
didn´t because I didn´t want to carry everything, but amazing
prices. Just don´t expect too much quality, those are no brands...

In the evening we went out to eat, and
I had the first time frog, which tastes quite good by the way^^,
after strolling through the market and ohh well I gues I had a bit to
much to drink, and those who know me, know that I than just talk far
to much, like really far too much...So if anybody from yesterday is
reading this I already apologize xD

But still I remember everything, didn´t
feel bad in the morning so all ok, not too bad :P

I fell into my bed at two after packing
everything and killing some ants and slept like a baby.

Stop

As most of you know I left Scottland...well out of personal reasons.

The work put me into hospital a few times and I couldn´t see the faces of some people there anymore. Even though I still miss some of the people there.

Scottland is a beautifull country, full of green hills and coasts...Even if it really is raining nearly every day, it also is facinating...So for sure I will go and travel there again, to learn more about the country...

But at first my Scottland experience was put to a stop after 6 months, but to be honest I don´t regret that decision at all...

Just a wee bit of information =)

ew entry =) Well what happened the last
days =) Monday I was in Transitional again. Love that workshop, we
made glass mosaic and sang some songs later on. Besides that we had
soup for lunch. Yeah soup and some bread and well what shall I say,
two hours later I was starving^^ Estate was fine too, somehow it was
just a fun day. Everything was going well and I just was in an
awesome mood, don´t ask me why. I don´t really know myself.

Today started of well too, Transitional
and Bakery on one day, can it get any better? =) Craft and Biscuits
=)

Later I had to help out in Juniper,
which was actually fun, because it´s more like in a family there and
I really love the residents there. It´s fun working with them, even
if they are quite difficult. But well I somehow have fun working with
everybody, this work just is something I really like doing.

In the evening I went over to the
Co-Worker room, well and yeah our Internet is back, but sooooooo
freaking slow. And by the way I´m starving again-.- Well don´t know
what else to write right now...

Well now, what else happened, a week
already past. I tell you time is just flying away somehow.

Wednesday I didn´t do anything,
besides sleeping. Thursday was more or less a lazy day, too. Just
went to the movies in the evening, but thats another story.

Friday, I was more or less tired as
hell and was running around and figuring something out for Vroni,
because she came on Saturday. So I got her from the bus stop and she
may was a bit shocked, because we really are in the middle of
nowhere. For all of you who don´t know her, she is also working in a
camphill, but with kids and is here with the same organisation than I
am. So Saturday was a quite busy day because I had to figure out what
to do with Vroni, while Christina, Simon and me were working. In the
end I guess she spent quite some time in the CO-Worker room with my
laptop, and I had to help with stuff for the harvest meal. But we
went for a wee trip to Callander which was quite fun and the harvest
meal was not to bad either. The food was very good, the songs, well
half of them was ok, the other half was about god, where I didn´t
really sing along.

Afterwards there was a wee dance and I
had my dear trouble getting my resident into bed, because she was a
wee bit hyper. So she stood there screaming, I got her to go to the
bathroom, there she was quite, till she heard the door open and
started all over again-.-

After all of this, I took my bottle of
whine and we all went to the playground. I maybe shouldn´t have
emptied the bottle in 20 minutes xD Because I somehow don´t remember
everything from that evening. For example I don´t remember myself
crying, nor how I got back and some other things. Which is kinda
weird, because now everybody who knows me, knows, that I just have
blackouts when I´m really drunk, which means throwing up xD But I
was not even sick in the morning and I supposedly still could walk.
So the evening was fun, even if I don´t know everything xD

But it was nice to have Vroni there
again.

Sunday was just a relax day, which
meant watching movies all day and doing nothing. Which was very lucky
for me, because that way I got some sleep.

Monday, well yeah was my hospital
episode-.-

Don´t really want to talk about it,
seems like something isn´t right with my heart, now I have to get a
check-up from a specialist. And going to a scottish hospital is so
not fun, I swear you could die in the waiting room and they wouldn´t
even notice. It takes hours till somebody actually comes.

Besides that after all that crap I was
just exhausted, ate something and went to bed.

Today I just worked in the house, but
not in my workshop, because supposedly I looked like a “walking
death” yeah thats exactly what I would want to hear-.-

So I got my sleep and now I think I am
fine again, so nothing to worry about, tomorrow afternoon I´m off
either way, so it´s going to be a nice short workday^^

So that´s about it now. More soon,
well and more detailed, just to lazy to write more right now :P

Yeah I know xDD

There are,

days that make you think, force you to
feel, ask for conclusion.

No matter how won-der-ful the day was,

something is missing...

Missing resolution...

Missing, missing,

a not definable substance that is
essential for,

your life...

Well hey there, I haven´t been
writing since a long time, actually since some weeks. But so many
things happened I just forgot about the time. I got used to my
workshops, well Bakery is for sure my favourite not just because of
the good food, but also because it´s the most fun.

The workshop leader is great, he is
somebody who understands a joke and will joke with you all the time.
I already adopted him as my second dad :P No never boring in Bakery
=)

estate, well what am I supposed to say,
we have to weed, cut grass and clean the tools, I hate it. The only
good part was the recycling when I was able to rescue some good
books, but besides that freeking boring....

Basketry, well K. is working there, the
person my resident is obsessed with, and I don´t know what to think
of her.She is a very nice person, but she is spoiling my resident
like hell, what means shes expecting to be spoiled and handled like a
princess, which I won´t to, because she can to it by herself she´s
a grown person.

The only nice thinks are the walks
there when R. is a bit hyper and need to calm down. I love those
walks, they are quite relaxing....

Woodwork is fun but also a wee bit
boring because we are not really doing anything there, like in all
the other workshops, I mostly feel useless here.

Would be great if we would get more
work to do....

Well that´s my workshops, I love
meeting the people there, like cuddly persons, that hug everybody,
more quite one, funny one....it never gets boring and there is always
a new challenge...

Thats something what I can say about my
resident too...she is lovely and cute when she is in a good mood, but
she can be crying and being annoying, too. So she was behaving the
last weeks, because she had a lot going on, but now she started to be
more, let´s say herself. She is quite spoiled what means she expects
me to do everything for her, which I just won´t to at all. First of
all she´s a big girl and can put her clothes of herself ot bring her
cup in the kitchen. Second if I do it once I probably have to do it
always and third heck you know me, I am kinda lazy.

But no please don´t laugh I actually
manage to wash my own stuff and my room is quite tidy(don´t have
another choice, still have to share it) I clean the bathroom, my
residents room, the kitchen and so on, who would have thought. I even
like cooking here, because otherwise we just would get soup(when our
houseleader is on) cheese macaroni or burger(when M is on as staff)
or some done food(when D. is on) and S is on holiday right now, but
she just cooks amazing.

About the stuff I have to say, S you
never know what she really thinks, but she is a lovely person. M. is
the youngest, just funny and really understanding, Houseleader, well
strict, too stirct but always fair and actually a good person. D.
maybe sometimes a little bit lazy but a nice person and also very
understanding and honest. Can´t really complain about my staff, love
them all the way they are =)

And now back to my resident, well she
is my responsibility. She is lovely, like when she is dancing, giving
me a good night hug, talking with me, looking through stuff. She is
fun and more intelligent than people think she is, she just gets
underestimated because she can´t talk, but if you watch her closely,
you´ll notice that she understands everything and actually knows
more than anybody would guess. I think I try learning some real sign
language with her, because the Makathon is not enough for her, she
would be able to talk in real sign language and we are just going to
learn now some words to start with and hopefully more and more, so
that we can have real conversations.

I also want to do a lot with her and
try to become her friend, I want to work with her, not for her, I
think if she realizes that, we will get along. And hell if she wants
to scream, not my problem,I just leave the room, till she calm down
=)

By the way I have been hanging up my
pictures, now I got a pictures wall,so that I always can think about
you guys. I have to be honest, I don´t miss Germany yet, I don´t
miss the persons yet, which doesn´t mean I don´t love you. I just
don´t have the time to miss anybody yet, and the people here are so
lovely that I just can´t complain or feel lonely.

By the way there are rumors about me
and five men xD to two of them I don´t even talk to, they are more
Christinas, but somehow people get us mixed up all the time. Well
because we look soooooo alike(sarcasm) she has straight hair, plenty
of pircings and looks totally different but hey fun if everybody gets
us mixed up.

By the way, mum you are the cutest
thing ever, thank you for the soup and the hairthing, I love you for
knowing me so good =) It feels great to know you are always there if
I need your help and I appreciate your thinking about what I need. I
wouldn´t know what I should do without you, thanks for being my best
friend.

Well talking about friends, so much
fun, going to the Safari Park, playing wii Mario Cart and cooking
together. The people I meet here are like me, we all have the same
reason for beeing here(more or less) and somehow there is nobody I
really don´t like. Sure some people annoy me from time to time, but
most I just love.

I learn a lot here, from others, from
my work, from myself.

I still am not very self-confident, but
that´s nothing new, I´ve never been it. I just act and play tough
because it makes life easier, but here I notice that I actually can
do something, I´m good at certain things, I am not one out of
thousand, not anymore. But I still have a long way to go, before I
really can love myself.

And before I can´t figure that out, I
doubt that anybody can love me, so know you guys have to wait, no
romantic stories yet.

By the way I am going to get a tattoo
now, I flower three up my back...

I design it myself and I think it will
be awesome, and not even to expensive.

Talking about money, saving right now
for my trip to Indiana. Yeah finally I am going to visit everybody.
My flight goes to Chicago, where I will stay for a few days and see
what I can do in this city and than down to sweet Celestine. can´t
wait to meet everybody again. It´s going to be amazing. I recently
phoned with Marla and it was so amazing to talk to her again, I
really missed her. I probably am going to call soon again...

Besides that, we right now have some
trouble with the people working in Juniper, because they are not
allowed to work right now. A woman saw supposly something that never
ever happened and now all of them are on break, till the truth gets
confirmed. So much trouble and so annoying....

But it´s scary how easy people can
misunderstand certain situations....

Besides that well I am going out on my
free days as often as possible, but one and a half day are just not
enough, work gets kinda tiring because we can´t really get any
distance to our work and can´t really relax because it just is not
enough time. This work is not hard, but very emotional, which is
asking more from yourself, than bodily exhausting work would do...
but it´s still fun, because every smile or mastered challenge give
you knew confidence and new experiences...

B< the way I know shopped everything
I needed concerning my clothes, but I have problems with the British,
Scottish style because it´s just nothing I would wear and it never
ever would look good on me.

So it´s very hard for me to actually
find some clothes I like and would wear...

Now something about my weekend. We went
shopping and I have to say I was a wee bit scared, because my
resident is well, she loves shopping, but she wants to buy everything
=/ But I told her if she behaves I would braid her hair, so that she
can have curls and I tell you she was behaving perfectly, I was
stunned. We had bought her a scarf and noo it´s not a pink one. I
was wearing a black one and she wanted one than too, so cute =)

We had coffee and cake later and went
back. It was a lovely day, I really have to say so. She is like the
cutest thing ever, for example when you turn music on and she dances
than. Also she is a wee little princess, but she is asking everybody
to do something for her, besides me xD Yeah she realized right away
that I won´t serve her and she is accepting this without any
trouble.

I love working with her, because she is
not easy to handle, it´s like this big challenge and I hope we will
find a good way to work together =)

Well and today we were cooking
together. She was helping me a great deal and I turned the music on,
we were singing and dancing. We made Chicken risotto with roasted
cauliflower and well for that that it was my first time ever making
Risotto, I think it was pretty good. I just love cooking here, it´s
fun to try new things =)

Afterwards we watched a movie and had
cupcakes(which two others made) It was fun =) We kept on watching Tv,
Thomas the Train -.- I swear I hate Thomas, it´s like the most
stupid thing ever for kids, because that freaking train is so
spoiled, quite annoying. Especially if you have to watch it for
hours...After supper me and my resident were watching a movie, while
I was breading her hair. She went to bed a bit late, so I hope she
won´t be to grouchy tomorrow.

So that´s it for today, I try to write
every three days now, because I totally forgot it the last weeks.

Just another manic Monday, wish it was Sunday :P

Now the short story, today I had a pillow fight, dancing lessons, weeding with little accident, a lot of jumbing and some screaming and the best Lasagne ever.

Yeah, now were coming to the details =) Woke up, breakfast, everything as usual, just that I still can´t get both contacts in, one works, the other doesn´t-.-

Workshop, well first a walk to calm somebody down, means I had to walk at 9 in the morning 40 minutes along cows and a certain somebody who was a little bit jumpy today ^^

Afterwards I watched how the baskets are made, and that´s just cool, can´t wait till I can try a own one.

Lunch after that and the best Lasagne ever, cleaning up and than I had to take the Rota for staying in the living room during Rest hour -.-

No sleep after lunch for me-.-, well but a pillow fight, because one of the resident thought it would be funny, everytime I closed my eyes to throw the pillow in my face. Well he was not really throwing it, not hard at least. Well so we had a small pillow tossing going on :P

Than Estate, yeaaaah can´t you hear how happy I´m about that-.-

Well weeding today and guess who did the work and who watched xD well I landed a few times on my backside, while trying to pull some stupid weeds out xD

Afterwards supper, sweeping the floor, cleaning and than the others went for a walk. I stayed back with two residents and I painted the fingernails of one of them. She had a lot of fun, and I drew on all of them something small:P so I had my fun too^^

Than I turned the music on and they even danced a bit, what made me kinda proud, because both of them are just really, really lazy :P

Now I´m of finally, all in all a great day, maybe a bit long, but still fun =)

Resumee :P

Well hey there, since the induction a
lot stuff happened, let me see if I still get everything together. We
went to Edinburgh, how you can see at the pictures. Oh stop before
that I had my free day and went shopping. Yeaaah^^

Well Daddy please don´t kill me, but I
bought two pair of shoes xD but they were on sale^^ Besides that I
know now were I can get cheap Toffiffe, just for one pound. I´m
saved^^

Now we get to Edinburgh, I uploaded
some pictures, it was actually really fun going there, we just walked
around and watched a few street artists, but nothing special
happened, you know you can´t do very much when you have to look
after the residents, I mean we are helping them to have a great time
not the other way round =). In the evening we went into the safari
park and it was all muddy and dirty, but so much fun. We went down
the slides in the dark and got stuck, because we all are just simply
to fat for them^^

Next well was our Dvd day, I swear I
was close before dying. We watched Mama Mia, Hitch and the Dark Night
and nooooooo I haven´t seen these movies already a several times. So
I just fell asleep on the couch and was like really really tired.
That was on Friday I think. Later I just went online, as usual.

Yesterday we went shopping to Stirling
and you know me, don´t you^^ well I found some really cheap books
and can´t wait till I find the time to read them. Mom I have to warn
you, I´ll probably going to sent a box with books back to Germany
next year^^ Well besides that we didn´t do anything anymore and
where just sitting in the living room and waiting, till we finally
got leave. And it took forever till we got off work-.-

So as soon as we were finished I dashed
under the shower and got ready, because it was our night out. Well I
barely made it.We went into Stirling and we went into this Gay Bar,
but it was actually pretty cool, because we got some really cheap
drinks there. After wards we went dancing, in the only freaking club
in whole Stirling, but it still was fun, just because watching Mike
dance is like the best and funniest thing ever. He is so nuts ;) We
were having a really good time =)

Now Sunday don´t ask me what we did I
honestly don´t remember xD

Monday was the first “real” work
day. Means standing up at 7, setting the table, having breakfast,
going to the morning assembly at 9 am and than straight to the work
shops. Well morning assembly is like saying hello to everybody and
singing something, but now please imagine a choir were not one right
tone is sung, like I swear every cat could sing better, they just
shout the words out and all of them with their own melody, not nice
for the ears.

Monday I always have basketry and well
that´s kinda fun, but the house leader took me than along to pick my
resident up. I can´t and won´t say much about her online, but she
is as far as I know till now, very cute and work was not difficult
yet. But yeah never trust to much peace, she also can do a great deal
herself, she is just a little princess who loves it when others do
the work for her. Well I guess we are kinda similar, we both love
shopping, are lazy and are always sleepy in the mornings.

Well now I finally met her, we had
lunch later and after that I went to my Estate work shop, nooooooow
please, I want to change xD I had to put on a green
whateveryouwanttocallit-suit and shows that were like 4 sizes to big.
I looked like a freaking clown xD And I don´t have to mention that I
am not really fond of Garden and Outside work. Another Co-Worker,
won´t say names, just ran up to me and had to take pictures of me in
my sexy stupid outfit-.-

Next day, I was showed my morning
routine, not to bad, just putting in the contacts drives me insane, I
just can´t really do it-.-

After morning assembly (yeah musical
suffering, again xD ) I had bakery and that is actually fun, because
there I´m not just standing around but really can do something. Just
the leader is making fun of me all the time xD well he is making fun
of everybody, but I guess that will be interesting^^

Wednesday I had induction,
agaaaaaaaaaaaain about non-agressive conflict training. Means as much
as what to do if somebody here goes nuts, how to handle critical
situations and how to protect yourself and everybody around you. And
no it´s not like I did that before in Germany-.- Well let´s say
most of it I already knew, some parts were interesting and good to
learn, all in all I would have found even Estate more fun xD

Most of us were either sleeping with
their eyes open or looking stuff up on the internet.

And it took freaking two hours away
from my free day-.-

Ahhh yeah free day, well mine is
usually Thursday, but guess what? There was an induction too, but at
least an interesting one, about what to do in case of seizures, how
to give medicine and so on =)

Afterwards Lee and Alan, who were
taking the walking group out, picked me up at the bus stop and gave
me a ride into Stirling, from where I went to Edinburgh, to the
fringe. I watched a show, like 5 steps to be German, well and it was
really good, because everything he said was just so true, I loved it.
And let´s say all in all that was a really great day =), if we look
away from the fact that I had to walk back in the dark, while it was
raining and the stupid cows were standing in the middle of the road,
so that I had to walk around them, through the mud and I don´t wanna
know what else-.-

Friday, I had woodwork, which is
actually fun, just got a scare because one of the buys cut his
finger, and didn´t even notice, just when we pointed out that he was
bleeding xD Luckily it was no deep cut, nothing dramatic, but still
not a very nice experience.

After that we had to help to do the
House clean up. Now please imagine, I´m actually cleaning, washing
dishes, cooking and help with the household stuff. I think I must
have been crazy to choose this place here xDDD

Saturday, yeaaaah what shall I say, we
went for a wee walk, which was nice to see, than to
McDonalds(yeaaaah^^ fastfood :P ) afterwards we bought a cake and
watched a movie. Nice, relaxed day.

Yeaaaah and than the Co-worker Party
came, but that you probably have already read, is the entry before
this one :P

Wow xDD

Who would have thought that there are moments when even I am truly disgusted, but you guys don´t want to imagine how our co-worker room looks like right now xD

Well we were partying yesterday, don´t ask any questions, sometimes it would be nice not to remember every detail :P No acutally it was really fun, never would have thought that you can have so much fun here, but well I may had a bit to much.

But to my defense, I had no hangover today so it was not to bad...besides the fact I had to stand up at 9 am and had to work till 8. I even had to cook today, well it was a small disaster, because it just didn´t work out the way I would have wanted it to-.-

Well but not to change the subject, I came over to the Co-Worker room and it looked like a true mess, everywhere trash and food all over the floor and I ain´t going to clean that up on my own, what means I have to wait now, if maybe somebody will come over, so that we can clean up together.

Ohhh to the rest of my day, well we went bowling, I truly suck at bowling, but still won, so everything is fine and I´m going to enjoy my evening now^^

Induction^^

Hey,
hey...New day, new experiences. We had induction today, this means as
much as we were told some important things about the camphill. There
will be more training during the next weeks and now guess at what
days? Always Wednesday and Thursday. Yeah always on my free days-.-

Well
today we heard a bit about the fire alarm, really informing(can you
recognize my sarcasm??) “Fire will hurt you” who would have
guessed xD

Well
after that we became some information about confidentiality and what
do to if we have the feeling something is just not right and how to
handle this problems.

Than
we had lunch break and went up again.

I
met the new Co-Worker, so now it´s me and three Korean Co-Workers xD

but
luckily they´re all speaking English, at least as long as I´m in
the room^^

Well
I can´t really pronounce his name, so we renamed him, now he is
Cookie, love that name =P

Well
we had some barbeque at lunch, well not really barbeque because it
was pouring and just kept on raining all day. So we made it in the
oven, but it still tasted pretty good. It was the first time that I
met most of the Co-Workers and Residents, because all houses ate
lunch together, which was a really funny and interesting experience.
There so many different people here, can´t wait to get to know
everybody better.

Well
after that the induction training went on. Now one of the managers
told us a bit about camphill festivals and I guess they will be
really fun =)

The
next one I think is the open day, were the castle, not the parts were
the residents life, will be open for public and were we, if we can
take part there(depends on our schedule) will be informed about the
history of the castle. He also told a bit about the workshops, and
that we can change them if we would want to, because now guess what
I´m going to do, I´ll change them. I got my schedule today and I
got everything I didn´t want to do -.-

I
got on Monday Basketry( the only thing I like at my schedule) than
estate(who the fuck(sorry for this) would let me do garden work,
guess I just have to kill all the plants so that they let me change
real fast-.-)

Now
on Tuesday(now it comes) I got the whole day Bakery, yeah I hate
backing, cooking is allright, but backing? Don´t have to say more,
my family knows what I mean. Well mom I have to bake cakes and bread.
I know your laughing right now-.- I guess after the twentieth burned
bread they have to let me leave. On Wednesday in the morning I got
estate again-.- Than I´m off and Friday, now it comes, the biggest
joke ever, I got woodwork. Why do I just have mans stuff?

Well
but I´m going to try everything till fall, and than I´m going to
change them, well maybe I´ll like a few, but not quite sure about
that. I wanted something like craft or textile or maybe potters, but
no I just got the other crap-.-

Sorry
for my language, well the other Co-Workers already had a good laugh
at me and my “amazing” schedule.

I
hope that I maybe can use the textile stuff on my days off, I was
told to sew a Kimono :P

Or
at least if I could get some paint and stuff out of the craft room,
don´t want to just paint with my pastels, want to do some acryl
stuff too^^

Well
besides that we were told that it´s possible to paint our room, now
I´m thinking about what would look nice in our huge room. Some
pattern would be pretty cool.

After
all this talk we were supposed to have a lesson in Makathon, it´s
like sign language, just easier, so that people with learning
disabilities can learn it two. It just has the basics, no complicated
sentences, so that everybody is able to understand it, too.

But
she came to late, because she(another manager) forgot about us. So we
were just sitting their and talking and having fun, it was a crazy
combination, 5 Koreans and 4 Germans, sitting on a table, teaching
each other bad words, talking about our residents and just having
fun. We should sit together like that more often^^

At
3 p.m the woman finally came and first she was just like talking and
talking and talking, well she told us interesting stuff, but you
could have said it shorter. Than finally we had the Makathon.

I
loved doing that, it´s really fun to learn^^

Well
and I found out that one of the stairs up here is leading right to
the roof and we can borrow the key to climb up there, it´s supposed
to have a great view up there.

Around
5 p.m we were finally done and I could take my day off. I went up and
got my computer and was chatting a bit. Than Lena got me and we went
to another Co-Workers room again(the one whos leaving) and danced,
again. It´s so funny watching guys dance and walk in heels. I just
love hanging around with them because I can´t stop laughing there,
it´s always fun =)

Me again^^

Well Hi,

I know I was a bit lazy these last days, but somehow I was just not in the mood for writing. Don´t be mad with me :P

Well
were to begin, these last days were a bit, I don´t know. I´m just tired
all the time, but not because I have so much work to do, more because
it´s not so easy to look after another person all the time and to have
to think, ok now what is the person allowed to do, what not, what does
he or she want now, or how to I get them to do what they´re supposed to.
So that´s probably why I could sleep all the time.

But at least I
had some "work" to do, these last days. Yesterday we went walking along
the river in Crieff and had later on a picknick in a really pretty
park. Than we went for an ice-cream. Sounds like a great day? Well it
was great, but while walking we had to see how to keep the group
together, because one of the residents is a real fast walker, one is
really slow and one is even slower, now have fun calling one to slow
down all the time and the others to hurry up a bit.

Well when
eating, we have to look after some, because one has to eat a lot, the
others eat and eat and eat, which they shouldn´t because of their diet.

But
we had fun. On the drive back I got carsick again, like always. They
have these stupid speed ramps everywhere and they´re just not good for
my stomach.

Evening I was done with work at 6 o´clock. Pretty
great. So I went down to another Co-Workers room and we practised
dancing in heels. Mike is having a going away partyand he will dress up as a Drag Queen, we are going to be his "girls" So now we all, especially he, have to pracitse walking in High Heels.

It´s fun^^

Well than today we actually went to Edinburgh. Oh I love this town, all the old stuff, it looks like in a freaking movie. There were some street artist and we watched than, had some cake and walked through the streets. I have to say I love all the small shops and the clothes, but I don´t know, I don´t really like the style, most scottish girls wear. They all look the same, you could combine the stuff in much cooler ways, but well.

Well than we took the bus back and it actually just costs 4 pounds, which I think is pretty cheap =)

I listened to my music which one of the residents and it was really fun, because he likes the old stuff and me too. Than we had Chinese and omg finally something spicy and I was able to eat with chopsticks. The two Korean Co-Workers I work with, wouldn´t believe me that I was able to eat with chopsticks, till they saw me. Well who says Europeans are just able to use forks-.-

Well I ate far to much and now I´m feeling like I don´t now, really stuffed but it was yummi.

And I got some new books, I already read four books in one week...kinda crazy xD have to find the libary.

Have to go shopping either way. I need a cell phone, some drinks, hiking shoes and some for the rain, some high heels and other little stuff.

Well and I can´t wait till I get the parcel mom sent me. I need my drawing stuff and my other clothes^^

Ohh yeah clothes, well I have to do the laundry soon and I have no clue how xD Yeah don´t laugh at me, but I never did that before. Mami I probably should have wathced you more often^^

Well tomorrow I got a induction course, so I get some stuff told, about how everything works here. Can´t wait -.-

But ohh well enough for today, pictures are going to follow soon^^

Love you guys and talk to you soon again =)

Yeah work...

Well I´ve been lazzy this last days, but I was bored, which means nothing important happend to write about. I had my free days, which kinda sucked, because it means I had nothing to do and was just stying in my room.

Well and I went to Stiring, but Stirling is kinda boring allone and so I didn´t stay long there. Well yesterday I remodeled my living area. I post a picture soon.

But today I had work, well if you could call that work. We had breakfast and another Co-Worker and me went for a walk with one of the residents, well we walked around the lake and the whole ground was muddy, because of the rain, so there were this huge puddles of mud, and now way around. So now my shows are really dirty, like my other two pairs of shoes, seems like I have to wash them tomorrow-.-

Well after lunch we went to the movies and watched Mr. Popper, well the movie with the penguins, I don´t like the actor(jim carrie) very much, but I have to say the movie was hilarious. Really good, and by the way I want a Penguin toooooooooo =)

After Dinner we went to the Safari Park, to the Playground. Ohh everybody who knows me knows now that I definitly had fun there =)

Well what else is new, let me think....ohh yeah some people asked me for the way, because the thought I´d be a local"because of the red hair" well thanks xD

Ohh and I got a children ticket for the bus. Do I look that young? Really? But well I didn´t say anything, because that way I just had to pay half of the original price ;)

Ok, that´s enough for today, you see, right now my life is a bit boring =)
