Kidney Stones in Santiago

CHILE | Tuesday, 9 March 2010 | Views [3387]

While I was in Santiago I had severe abdominal pains that lasted for several agonizing hours. Unable to walk unaided, I was advised by the emergency services to take a taxi back to Vina del Mar and visit a doctor as soon as possible. After two days I passed a kidney stone. I visited a urologist who advised a CAT scan of my kidneys. The scan showed the presence of two more kidney stones. I was given a prescription to ease the pain of passing the other stones.

How WN Helped

They paid for both of my medical consultations as well as my transportation between Santiago and Vina del Mar.

PAID AUD $437.74
