Asked if I liked vegetables and I said yes, he insisted I sit down and shared the whole menu and how much he loves preparing food for people. How much care he puts into everything and how this actually changes the taste of the food.
It was such a beautiful sentiment. He also has a book filled with people who come to visit and write him letters about how amazing his food is and his intentions for cooking, look here: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.527279867347759.1073741836.145114458897637&type=3

One of the most memorable culinary experiences, and the food was delicious and fresh!
