Berlin: A city that moved on

Show what you see is what i believe in. It might be good or bad, suited to some while others might not like it but never back down from sharing your experience with others.
I din't know to use a camera or even was interested in using one until a friend of mine incited me into a challenge about taking photos. First it was with a cellphone camera and later i dived into photography and bought myself my first DSLR.
My camera allowed me see the beauty of things that i earlier overlooked and seemed ordinary to me. The way the expressions of humans change, the way they act and move, the way nature tries to please us to the best and punishes us when we destroy the equivalence of ecology. There is so much around us that needs to be explored and documented. From the simplest of things like a child's laugh to the array of clouds covering the mountain ranges.
When i moved to Germany from India 2 years ago, somehow my senses opened up for photography and gave me more clarity of thinking and I felt the need to experience it all and share my experiences with people, show them what i felt. This opportunity with Jason will let me further my philosophy of sharing my travels intents and contents.

A 'place' I have visited

I am Manas Pradhan and am a Masters student studying at RWTH Aachen University, Germany. Most of my time goes into studying but am always intrigued by the world happening and evolving around me. That is where photography pulls me in. Whenever I have the time and freedom, I shoot to experience the moment visually and build it for the future.Photography lets me see the beauty of everyday things and mother earth which has bestowed us with such magnificent creations. Everyone is not so privileged to experience it all with their eyes and live that moment. So, I feel showing people what I saw and is in offer for us in our lives. There is beauty lying everywhere around us waiting to be experienced by us. Be it landscapes, animals, birds, people, human creations, all have something to say to us and convey us what they are, what they are capable of, how they feel, behave and look in different situations. People need to see them all so that they can have their lives filled with solitude and experience the greater joys of life. I would love to pursue photography at the fullest so that I can travel to visually show people what's in store for them around the world before they cease to exist.
