Like a beautiful flower was not what attracted me to it but the line on the side of the petal that the sun reflected off. The veins in a leaf that was backlit with the sunset not the entire tree. Having been a single mother and having three beautiful sons to raise I never followed my earlier passion for photography. They are older now and my time is much more my own. I very recently purchased a camera. Simply, Its my best friend. Some people think its a lonely way to spend time alone looking and waiting for my shots but I find it exciting and challenging and inspiring. I go to locations with a vision and return with something I never imagined to capture. I have very little experience with editing so my biggest challenge is to capture what looks good straight from my camera with its limitations. I am looking forward to be able to travel in the future to expand my photographic experiences. Every opportunity I get I am looking at photos and other peoples perspective on this amazing world we live in.
