Photos: My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

I recently realised I was in a bit of a rut, not enjoying what I was doing in life, but also not quite certain what I wanted to do. I quit my job, deciding to take a holiday, I spent all my savings on the flights, with a bare minimum left for living expenses. I spent two months traveling around the USA; exploring, couchsurfing, discovering family I never knew existed. All throughout this I constantly had a camera in hand, taking photos, documenting. I suddenly felt alive again, it struck me I'm happy once more. I was going into people's lives, interacting with them, photographing what they did for a living, what they did for fun, and then moving on. I made so many friends in such a short period of time it's difficult to comprehend. And then, of course, it finished; and I was back to my grey life.
I'm hungry for discovery, I miss the traveling, I want to see more, I want to show people what's out there, but I need help from someone who knows how to make this possible, and feasible. Thanks for listening.
